Whales(people that play with plaques instead of chips) value privacy over everything else.
They are not going to post publicly on the forum.

If they do visit this forum, they won't have the private messaging feature unlocked.
Because that is only for members who have made a lot of posts.

My most recent session my average bet was $3500. My bets range from a few hundred dollars minimum to mid five figures. Does that qualify as a whale? Perhaps not, but I am a consistent winner at Baccarat. I don't bet as big as some but I am at the point where I now have a Reserved Private table at some of the Vegas casinos, but even with that level of credit line still I keep my average bet more or less around a couple thousand dollars I'd say, with some exceptions where I have averages more like around $5000.

Keep in mind that I do vary my bet greatly, so even if I lay the big bets out there they are averaged in with much smaller bets too.

One thing I would like to improve in my play is eliminate the occasional large loss session. I had a few of those during this last trip.

Stephen Tabone is a well known scammer on this site and others. He can’t help you prevent large losing streaks, but he will gladly help you take your money if you’re giving it away.

If your base bet is $3-3,500, and you are going in with a bankroll of a $50,000 credit line, then your spread is just too thin. It’s the equivalent of a $5 bettor going into the game with a bankroll of about $75. Sure, you can win a few here and there with some hit and run, but if a casino is giving you private tables and treating you, they won’t appreciate the lack of action.

My current credit lines are much much higher than $50K. They have to be, in order to get the Private Tables. But I increased my lines not so much to play to the limit of my lines (I never play to the limit of my lines, the most I have pulled during a session was actually maybe 100K), but so that I could get Private Reserved tables because I don't like playing with other players.

Question for you MDAWG when you are playing at private tables do they allow you to have the dealer deal without you betting?

Do you mean "free hands" - yes I am allowed unlimited free hands.

Years ago I recall at SOME Vegas casinos they would try to limit free hands, for example at the Hard Rock Vegas. I have heard that at some Station Casinos they try to limit free hands too. I have not encountered limits on free hands at any Vegas casino these days, public or private table.

Free hands are good when you are calm and collected and playing at your best, which should be always.

However, there are times when you're flustered and you do a free hand that you would have bet BIG and a natural nine comes up on that hand that you would have bet and that may throw you off. When that sort of thing starts happening - I am "winning" all my free hands and start losing the actual bets, I try to just get up and leave, or have them shuffle a new shoe and start over.

Key to the game is to hit a percentage, the more consistent the less feeling you will get from not hitting those hands you sit out.

Had a word with a friend today who knows a big whale and based on his behaviour told me whales are no good because they are very stubborn, stuck in their ways and are only out to lose because they can afford to lose and enjoy losing. I said you can't judge all whales based on the one he knows. I've met some whales too and I do get that impression judging by their behaviour at the tables they don't like being told what to do. Though sometimes they listen and play along with my suggestions. However I can't say that all whales have similar mind sets. But Punk might be correct, whales might be just like sardines that revert to their normal tin methods of wagering in the way he described of which I need not repeat. No, I think I'll continue with my other friend and increase your bet sizes overtime to get to a stage to cause some damage, at least by enough to ring alarm bells. My other friend said he's willing to put up his 30k winnings and bet £500 base units based on previous results. Still a 60 units backup bankroll. The average downside pre recover -- if it went down before a win -- is -8 units so 4k is not going to be too much for him to get worried. He should be able to win +4 to +8 units per session/day. 4k, two weeks of this and 50k+ of the casinos money should be enough to prove a point. But it's got to be recorded live play. He is willing to continue upping the stakes moving forward. I don't know how this will playout long term. Placing 1k + wagers is going to draw a lot of attention and we are limited in how many casinos we can visit unless we travel. And online is out of the question.

It sounds like you have a pretty stable method of generating profits and just need to implement an in-game play stop loss and bet again trigger.

Wouldn’t your system work regardless of what the stake size is? I don’t quite understand the point of that. After all if a whale is successful then this could alter the rules for the game. Smaller sized bets can go under the radar but you’d still get proof that your method works without the risk of getting banned from the casino.

Yes I made the case myself for small bets, but it's not going to look good is it placing £100 - £500 bets. Going to take ages to cause any damage and that damage is not going to be painful for even one busy casino. A true whale with a few mil bankroll could use system and over a few days the damage could be massive. Would create uproar.

Casinos do not ban bac players the more you bet the better comps you will get, do not listen to people that say they can not bet because the casino noticed they are system player, casinos love system players they praise them they will give you anything in form of comps you want just keep betting, math does not lie only people do

I suppose but that doesn’t do the baccarat playing world full of smaller players any good so I guess I don’t understand the point.

of course they love systems players because normally they don’t work. They also don’t like players who win. If they had to choose they would ban the winner regardless. I know a guy that has won an enormous amount of money using a system that I use and they knew it. After he crossed the $250k mark, they told him that they no longer wanted his business. So whereas they love system players they also don’t like being made a fool out of.
