It is the probability that we actually play at that level. We always play the first bet 100% of the time so the probablity is 100%. Again you think otherwise.
Or do you say that the result of the first bet determines if we make the first bet? That's a paradox of a universe you live in since we can't know the answer unless we make the first bet.

Again you can't count. Every level is conditionally played based on the PRIOR bets losing. It can't be played conditional on the outcome of the fucking bet we haven't made.
