These super win streaks can last for less than an hour or for even go on for days. The thing that started me on my road to Reading Randomness was a super win streak that lasted for about 30 minutes. I had one more super streak a few months later that lasted for 4 1/2 hours and occurred at 4 different tables simultaneously. It was not so amazing that they happened but that I had noticed them when not actually looking for them. So I spent a lot of time and paychecks after that investigating when I could detect them and how long they would last when they did occur.

So I spent years allowing myself to descend deep into my bankroll before hitting and attacking the win streaks in my sessions. It became second nature to attack the win streak. Almost every session would have at least one very good patch. I would almost always be up a little at some point in a gambling session. I needed to learn how to keep it knowing I would allow myself to dig deep into my bankroll during every session. In fact that became my nemesis for at least a decade. After time I became aware of dealing with the three conditions and how to strategically allow for different bet values for different conditions. I was hooked on discovering a way to flat bet entire sessions. It does not make sense and I had to learn that the hard way. So I did.

What you see now from my Reading Randomness thread is my conclusions on exploiting the win streaks, the super "Elegant Patterns," and the mitigation of damage caused by waiting for the changes. It's simple now. You bet small until the casino takes down her dress and shows you here secrets. Then you go crazy and take advantage of the moment. For those that remember Spike you will recognize this. He advocated for flat betting. It was a huge mistake. The best you can do with that is to break even. Most of the time you won't. You must attack the win streaks. You must be able to see the streaks and to exploit them.

When the trends work they are in a win streak phase. When the trends don't work they are not in a win streak phase. But that also signals you that you can see a working trend phase by seeing the trend and seeing the effectiveness at the same time. This was the secret that I kept for more than a decade. It is why almost everyone rejected my opinions on it because they learned that trends don't always work. But the masses of people on the internet that gamble and looked at what I was sharing concluded that trends don't work all the time. So it was a worthless method or system.

I knew I had the last laugh on all of them because they could not see the obvious. They could not see that trends work some of the time and that you could exploit those times. In other words they did not see what took me years to figure out on my own. It became common place to dismiss my sharing as just loony advice. So I even knew more that I had my critics right where I wanted them. They believed they were right and that I was clearly wrong. So I played with their heads like it was a toy to be played with. It will tick them off to find out that I was right all along. That is my retribution for them underestimating me. It's just a game that I play inside the game. But in these past few years, after sharing Reading Randomness and rejected by most, I have grown bored with the so called experts of math oriented gambling. Screw them.

So to this date, I doubt that even one person believes in Elegant Patterns and the Global Effect. It's too bad also. They are bags of gold waiting to be gathered up. Anyone can grab them if they are trained to detect them and have strategic skills to grab them. It always causes a crowd to form. You just have to be ready to attack and with fearless skill. You never know when a super win streak will form up. But you must be prepared.

Now the mathNazis will try to overcome. They always do. If they accept these premises it implies that they have always been wrong. With human nature such that it is they will never be able to admit that much. So attack the messenger, it's a perfect pattern. ... and you will confirm being my "Dumb Guy" toy.

The same analogy of mine that I am not looking to beat the casino but looking when the casino is beating itself.

You can do this with almost any method. But the important thing to remember is to be agile enough to stop when it ends. All win streaks end about the same. The perfect pattern just stops or it falls apart in just a few spins. Same goes for Baccarat. I tend to pull back on the first loss unless I'm hammering singles on the weak side. Then I pull back at the end of the first single on the weak side as it hits a double.

It's OK to have generalization rules, as suggested by the author very early at the beginning of this thread.

You have to at least try to be somewhat able to look at yourself from outside in, meaning the other you who is standing at the table watching every move that you are taking. There is saying that when you are involved in the thick of the action you can easily lose track with what is actually going on. It's the people who remains on the sidelines that can see better. When the situation is deemed suitable one can actually play at a higher unit not just once but for a while with say 3 unit at risk instead of making a move only when you have won to a certain level. If the timing is bad, you can say this is not your day and react accordingly. This way you at least gave yourself a chance to win big.

Craps, you are right. You must have a method to look at what can be easily overlooked. I chart what is happening.

In the chart below, starting at line 50 and on to line 72 you can see blacks hitting as singles on the weak side. I ran this for 100 spins and bet only on red for each spin in order to find a quick stretch of a winning section. To the left of the B / R section, on the far left side of the chart is the W's chart. That stands for wins. Every time Red hits it marked as an "X" in that column signifying a win on that bet. I use these charts with the results in order to visually see my effectiveness. So I'm not just looking for trends that continue. The "W" chart acts as that person on the outside looking in. You just look down it and you can see your effectiveness. I play Roulette because I have 6 unique groups to find win streaks from simultaneously. It's like playing 6 different tables of Baccarat all at the same time. If one table is bland or losing another table might be in a super win streak. It makes searching so much easier. You don't have time to get bored or complacent.

Shows I am multi racial. But anyway, this talk about having another person to supervise and guide you as to how and how much you bet, I talked about it before. A famous gambler says he pays 10% to his manager to make sure he follows his own rules. And he was on TV saying how he gets into fights with his manager.

I suppose this would be on the loss management part. Most people I know who wins consistently are those who limit their losses in a shar chi phase. Can you imagine hiring a manager to make sure you control yourself? Everybody should know their own weaknesses. This is a strength. Knowing your weaknesses.

The casino rules are fixed and simple. If some of the rules may work against you, reinforce it with your own ‘mind rules’. If you play big enough, get a manager (as if!) If you dont play big enough, learn to get up and walk away.

If I lose 3 out of 4 times and for this streak, I am down say, 4 units, believe me you, after a break, its easier to make a come back and recoup a 4 units situation then coming back from 31 units down. Each and every time.

I had a party discussion with a friend and we talked about sometimes having a woman in the room waiting for you may be a good diversion. But then she may be praying for you to lose and go to the room!

To me anyway, money and honey dont mix well. Just like oil and water. Sorry if I came across as sexist.

Mr X was back in Singapore for another business trip 2 weeks later. The casino was itching for revenge. The usual limo arrangements took Mr X to the hotel for check in and he was given an Executive Suite this time round.

After his meeting the casino host treated Mr X to dinner at one of their outlets, The Cut by celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck. X is a wine connoisseur so they gifted him a Chateau Latour 1982. Check it out. Its a wine to die for.

X then went to his room, bathe and prepared for the casino. He had a bankroll of S$500,000 he left behind the last trip. He was reminiscing the last trip.

Towards the end he was at a bankroll of @$980,000. He then betted $40k to push it past the S$1million mark. He lost. He betted $20k and lost again. X told himself, one more and if lost, he will stand up. S$20k and he lost again. He had betted Banker and Player only had 1 point. Banker had 2 pictures and he drew a four-side (9 or 10 in baccarat parlance) and it turned out to be a 10. The frustrations and the Chimp is loose! But Mr X somehow managed to get up and wrapped up the game. The dealer commented to X that he is really disciplined to be able to walk away. He said most of the guests would be sucked in to stay on and lose back. X threw him a $100 chip and pleaded the usual niceties.

X thought to himself that with a base of S$500,000 this trip the plan is to make the bankroll past S$1 mil and stop. In terms of percentage win, it would be less risky than the previous trip.

X went back to the VIP hall and picked a table with 2 other players and showing a strong streak of clusters. He signalled for all his S$500k and they quickly prepared the withdrawal slip and the chips came all in less than 10 minutes. Impressive when they want revenge.

This trip, the game developed differently. At the start, things were good. Betting at $25k sometimes $50k as the HPB, the bankroll quickly approached $1,000,000.

Barely 2 hours from the start, X broke past the $1mil threshold and touched $1.2 million. Then, Shar Chi Phase came. Hard and cruel.

Is that all? I'm back in the trenches like when I taught myself to write and program computer software. Someone got sick of me at the other discussion forum and suggested that I concentrate on my music. So I did some trading and wheeler dealer stuff this last couple of months and sold off all my 80's boutique Roland synths, loopers, and effects pedals and got all new gear. So now I'm in instruction manual overload. I'm working my way thru the Korg Wavestate, a monster all on its own, the Strymon Magneto, yep Eurorack, the 1010music BitBox Micro, the Arturia KeyStep Pro, and the GFI Specular Tempus. Now I don't have sequencer / looper timing issues. It's been a fascinating year. I have not been to a casino in 14 months. This music stuff is just a hobby. It's too cold to golf.

The table is purple coloured. All the usual baccarat bets are there. Its no commission except if Player wins on 4 you are paid only half. If Banker wins on 4, its a ‘push’ meaning no payment at all!

if you make a sidebet of say, $10 on “Player wins on 4” and Player wins on 4, you win $500 ie 50x.

If you make a sidebet of say, $10 on “Banker wins on 4” and Banker wins on 4, you win $250 ie 25x.

It must be specific. If you bet on “Player wins on 4” but Banker wins on 4 instead, you lose the sidebet.

Most people who play the sidebets usually bet on both.

There are only 2-3 Fab 4 tables in the VIP hall but 3 rows ie at least 15-20 such tables in the Main Hall. A lot of camaraderie amongst the older aunties and uncles.

X played over night. Again he had started at @ midnight. By breakfast, he was back down to S$400,000. The chimp is agitating to take control.

It was a swinging pendulum battle in the next few hours oscillating between 200,000 and 700,000. It always happen like that. A prolonged Neutral Phase which could quickly tilt into a Shar Chi Phase or Hot Phase. The worry when the bankroll comes down and the joy and hope when it keeps on climbing. Then poof! Its back down again.

Then it happened. The coup de grace. By the casino. Those times when you feel they are slowly boiling a frog in the water. The frog doesnt realise until it is too late and dead.

And so it did. Down to $100,000. Emotions are riled up. Why didn’t he walk away at $1.2 mil? At $1mil? When down to $600k and then back up to $800k? So many occasions to call it a day but he never did. Now its too late.

Down to $100k should he just keep the 100k? Or soldier on. Its still his winnings from the last trip.

I had mentioned that for the initial trip X won 900,000 from his initial bankroll of 400. He started playing on the Fab 4 table but he did move around and most of the winnings were from the usual Banker or Player bets. X did win some from the ‘win on 4’ bets but he lost probably just as much on these side bets.

There is another version of Baccarat called ‘Sands 6’ which is even more interesting. Adtertmy story ends ...
