Glen is a control freak. It's a manifestation of codependency or narcissism. It always appears to be a dysfunction regarding disagreement. He tends to act insulted when insults are never there. He is blind to his personal anecdotal tangents in his voluminous efforts to communicate his ideas. It makes it really hard to listen to him, at least for me. He is not polite. I can't stop thinking about the need for secondary supply. I don't need to feed a control freaks fantasy.
