    The “Fortune Cup” is a mechanical slot horse racing game developed by Konami Gaming and is presently being tested on the Las Vegas strip. And with approval from the Nevada Gaming Board many other establishments will be adding this to their casinos.

    Years ago there was a similar slot horse racing machine called Sigma Derby. This electro-mechanical horse racing game was a 10 player machine where horse figurines raced around a table-top track. Players could place bets on the five horses and make quinella bets on two horses.

    However, with modern technology Konami Gaming’s racing game version will have a lot more “Bells and Whistles.”
