Minimum wage paid dealers will encourage this sort of activities.

I dont get the part where boxmen are involved where the chip is passed with the players card.....its not shown how the ship ends up in the boxmans pocket
even if the boxman walks away..isnt there cameras that show him pocketing the chip.....if not viewed in real time...but pulled up and viewed later?

Employees will take advantage of blind spots or where security cameras just don't have a good view. Might also happen be when casino security is lax, or in with the heist. Casinos will eventually implement a chipless table games system and that will end this sort of theft that has plagued casinos since forever.

The premise of the video is good. The types of moves are pretty "hinky" and unless the whole crew, the box and half the players are really the outside agents the heat will come down. I've never known of a chip stealing dealer being around for the long haul. One thing I would caution players about is that you should know the EXACT amount of chips handed in to color up...for some reason that seems to be a trouble spot...you should know the amount, don't let the boxman decide what you should get, double check his count.
