This is for those who are curious about playing RNG
Roulette (or any RNG casino game). Very informative.

This is known that some online casinos have rigged RNGs, I believe there must be fair ones even with real money but to be safe playing against a real wheel with live dealer is the best choice.

Also, I see that a lot of people tend to test their systems on roulette-simulator.info website which I don't recommend to do since I believe it is not a fair RNG, favouring repeating numbers. My thinking is based on the sessions I've played and the spins of others and also the fact the statistics shown about straight up numbers were wrong.

Therefore to prevent being mislead thinking you discovered the HolyGrail and rush to the Casino with your hard earned money, people should test their systems on RX Rng or importing spins from random.org for a significant amount of spins (better to automate it rather than manually testing it to prevent variance and luck to show positive results from a gambler's fallacy method).

As for randomness in computer software, some say it is pseudo-randomness. They actually refer to software written for the original IBM PC and Microsoft BASIC. The software generates "random" numbers based on a seed, usually the timer. The timer counts the number of seconds since midnight.

There are only 86,400 seconds in a day. The variation in randomness is just too low, not only by computer standards. If the random generator is started exactly at the same second of the day, the same sequence of numbers is generated.

The degree of randomness can be increased by multiplying the timer by the date, and/or the geographical position, etc. The date is variable therefore the seed turns into a variable. By contrast, the timer is just a constant, a number that never changes; it is always equal to 86400.

The roulette module is the most diversified. It generates straight up numbers, further categorized into black or red, low or high, odd or even, dozens, columns. The last three columns of the roulette outcome represent 2-dozen groups as to illustrate and test the famous Free Roulette System #2.

I like the look of your soft, it reminds me of my Amstrad CPC 464.

As I said, bias is a fundamental attribute of randomness. Even a computer generator of truly-random numbers shows bias. Everything is biased — the difference is in the degree of randomness, therefore the degree of bias.

Just generated 1000 roulette spins running my aforementioned generator. The fragment is from the beginning of the run. The first spin was 9: red-low-odd. You can simplify in the casino by simply writing r-l-r. (There are 8 combos of the 3 even-money outcomes.)

You wanted to go with the bias. You try playing r-l-r for the next 8 spins. Cost: 8 units; wins: 9 units (a small plus).

You notice also red and low to be biased. This is the short-term bias. The long-term bias is analyzed and constitutes the foundation of the easiest, most straight-forward free roulette system out there. It simply starts with a keen look at the marquee. It offers the best chance of winning over the “long run”.

The zero (0 or 00) should not be discarded of!

At the end of the run, however, you notice that every parameter falls within one standard deviation. That what beats the “gambler’s fallacy”. Crooks like the Lizard of Odds once emailed me that getting 200 “heads” in a row is as easy as getting 1 “heads” in a row (!)

    Code:

    Parpaluck,

    1. How many spins did you track?
    2. What is the "outer hemisphere"?
    3. Did you find bias for any of the inside numbers?
    4. How many actual live wheels have you tracked for bias?

    1. What is the "inner half"?
    2. By the way, the Hamburg spins are not composed of just one specific wheel. The wheels there are rotated often. For example this weeks wheel one may not be next weeks wheel one.

Would it tear out your eyes to read a little?.

"The inner half or hemisphere of the roulette wheel consists of the last roulette number, plus 9 numbers clockwise and 9 number counter-clockwise (a total of 19 slots). The outer half represents the numbers on the opposite side."

There nothing statistically relevant about that. That's just blind dealer's signature. It's not "wheel bias".

So he's just another system seller?

If the rotor is not perfectly level then it is a bias, resulting in favouring one half.

If it's not level, then it will create a dominant ball drop zone, but it won't create the kind of DS that he's talking about and it won't create any kind of a number section bias.

Depending on the ball offset, with a specific wheel speed, from the release point, the peak can be located at +0 or +18, but of course it is limited, I don't know when he wrote this page he is not that young.

I downloaded his soft that calculates the intervals/skips between 2 hits of the same number to show Turbo that his Min Interval Strategy could not deal with some extreme sessions.

So for you a spin with 15 ball's laps and a 2.5 rotor with a 18 pockets offset as a final result is the same than a a spin with a 18 ball 's laps with a 3.5 rotor and a 19 offset pockets? I just call this random...

There's just nothing to it. There's just not enough predictability to it. To many things are missing for it to work. Ironically it's a very very very crude form of VB, which Parpaluck claims is impossible.

Indeed, air density change, tilt of the wheel changing even during one single spin, erratic ball bounce classified per wheel speeds, spotting each time the correct key ball revolution, it will be a real challenge to realize you have an edge.

"Changing air density, tilt of wheel during one spin" - no problem. Isn't an issue.
"Erratic bounce" - usually not an issue. When it is, just find a better wheel. Problem solved.
"Correct ball rev"- you don't have to be correct 100% of the time. Even 65 or 70% of the time is more than sufficient. Again, if it's a problem just find a better wheel.

Really. Imagine your dominant diamond is at 12 o'clock, you are the only one around the table to bet, the ball indeed strikes your diamond. Now, same spin, 2 players gets up and push the betting table, chance is the ball won't strike the dominant diamond, therefore the result is very different, but you claim it's not a problem :D
It's not the wheel, it is the ball material and weight. If you stopped like the Belgian fries cooker to believe Roulette in Casinos are the same as Roulette at home recorded on Youtube where for instance the ball never bounces out, which is of course the case in Casinos, then you would know it is not the same conditions.
Unless you are playing for long long hours and get a LOT of spins alone at the table, you better be very accurate, unless you don't know in the Casinos when there are players you hardly get 30 spins per hour, which is 15 spins per directions. So sorry but your scatter graph will look very random.
I would prefer 1000 times playing Turbo's repeater HolyGrail, same result with far more problems and efforts.

    I don't encounter that problem.

I don't play on Youtube. I play in live casinos. Again, if you don't like the playing conditions, change wheels. I suspect that your options are very limited where you play.

In the US 99% of the wheels don't change spin direction, we usually have automatic chip muckers, and we average closer to 40 to 45 spins per hour. Sometimes much faster, sometimes slower. Again, 65% to 70% accuracy is more than accurate enough to get the job done.

I allready met a table where one diamond received the ball 19 times out 20 times whatever the number of people was around the table. You simply have just played Vb in front your computer and haven't visit casino because it was too much for you.
