A great manager & owner of many companies already, saw two guys with great passion for race sailing • & extremely great at that had enourmous will&desire to race in big leagues • keywords, sponsor, capital, great team management.

The manager already was all the concepts & distilled businesx experiences required to not just run any fucking business, but turn cracjing business into successful none; new shit nothing about yacths & sailing beyond the common knowledge, but liked sailing & exploring new thongs, new challemges, reinventing himself.

Somehow 3 met & got along • & established a way/. So the manager went out & bought every possible book • the whole fatherfucking wall shelf of them. & got quickly & self•briefed on anything & everything about sailing, manufacturers, constitutions, parts, industry, slang, etc, etc.

Simply morphed all this new athmosphere's matter into what he is .. establishing sternly.
