    But they are always trying to catch up and that's the point. It's always moving to balance self which of course it will never do. You will never see 75 Red's in a row on a regulation roulette wheel because long before it gets there it will try and balance out the blacks. It's why roulette can be beaten. It's why chaos can be managed.
