    Hey all. How about a thread about favorite mixed drinks? What is your signature drink? Other favorites? Some you can't stand?

    I'll get us started: I like gin-based drinks the best. The Gin & Tonic (with a twist of lime), Martinis, and Tom Collins, in roughly that order.

    Gin and Tonic is a great classic, though I'll also go crazy over anything with Safari in it.

    It's called the trailer park Rachel. It smells like yeast has some cloudy white kind of liquor in it and a bunch of smashed chopped up cherries served by a bartender with the initials on a name tag BB
