Sports Betting Guaranteed $60.90 Win on AFL & NRL (Australians Only)

INTRODUCTION

BetEasy is a new sports betting company, and to attract customers they are running a generous promotion at the moment.

They are offering $2 odds on selected AFL and NRL finals favourites with a max bet of $25.

As all of the underdogs have odds over $2, 'WIN-WIN' situations can be created with well calculated stakes.

I have increased this 'WIN-WIN' advantage by making use of BetEasy’s ‘Rewards Boost’ feature.

While the Rewards Points used for Rewards Boosts can also be used to redeem Coles or Woolworths gift vouchers, I have calculated that the method I outline below gives you better value for the these points. (Besides, cash is always more valuable than a gift voucher of the same amount).

REQUIREMENTS

* You are an Australian Resident and 18+
* You have $140 cash to outlay. *(Which you will receive back along with the $60.90 win after Sunday)*
* You use an iPhone. *(Only because I have written these instructions in reference to the iPhone app)*


NOTE: It is worth noting now that this is quite an involved process. It will be enjoyable if you love crunching numbers like me, but for some it might involve a few too many steps. To decide if you can be bothered, I would recommend reading through the instructions in their entirety before commencing. Remember there is a guaranteed $60.90 cash win at the end (providing the odds have not changed, but we will get into that...)

Also, there are many figures that need to be entered accurately for this to work. Be very careful that you do not make any mistakes.


INSTRUCTIONS

***Step One:***

Create an account with BetEasy at www.beteasy.com.au *(Or if you are feeling generous, use my referral code and sign up by following: [removed]*

Make sure you use the full name that will correspond with your bank card.


***Step Two:***

Deposit $140.00 into your new account using your bank card.


***Step Three:***

Verify your account at www.beteasy.com.au

To do this go to the homepage, click on 'Hello *Your Name*' at the top right, click on ‘My Account’, and then click **VERIFY** at the top of the page if it is not verified already.

You shouldn't have an issue with this if your bank card details correspond to the account details you have entered. If there is an issue use the Live Chat service to resolve.


***Step Four:***

Download the BetEasy iPhone app and log in.


***Step Five:***

On the iPhone App, click the button for the regular **AFL Finals** betting page *(the button looks like this: https://ibb.co/gtC8Kp)*

Check that these odds are still in place:

**Hawthorn v Melbourne**
Hawthorn: 2.70
Melbourne: 1.48

**Collingwood v GWS GIANTS**
Collingwood: 1.61
GWS GIANTS: 2.35

If any of the above odds have changed, DO NOT PROCEED and instead refer to the WHAT TO DO IF THE ODDS HAVE CHANGED section at the very bottom.


***Step Six:***

Otherwise, proceed with the following:

**HAWTHORN v MELBOURNE**

* Click **Hawthorn**'s odds of 2.70
* Enter a stake of $9.52 but DO NOT place the bet just yet.
* Click ‘Rewards Boost’ *(Note: the button looks like this: https://ibb.co/gqt4s9 and is only accessible once you have verified your account as per Step Three)*
* Slide the slider to the max Boosted Odds which should be 5.25
* Click ‘Boost My Odds’ (this will cost you 899 Rewards Points)
* Click 'Quick Bet' to place the bet.


Note that this means that you will receive $49.98 ($9.52 x 5.25) if Hawthorn win.


***Step Seven:***

Repeat the procedure for the other game as per the following:

**COLLINGWOOD v GWS**

* Click the **GWS GIANTS** odds of 2.35
* Enter a stake of $10.87 but DO NOT place the bet just yet.
* Click ‘Rewards Boost’
* Slide the slider to the max Boosted Odds which should be 4.60
* Click ‘Boost My Odds’ (this will cost you 1041 Rewards Points)
* Click 'Quick Bet' to place the bet.


***Step Eight:***

Now follow the links to the **$2 Favs** promotion *(the button looks like this https://ibb.co/dHiFzp)*

Select **AFL $2 Favs**

Place a $25.00 Quick Bet on **Melbourne** at the odds of 2.00

Place a $25.00 Quick Bet on **Collingwood** at the odds of 2.00


Remember how you were poised to receive $49.98 if Hawthorn win? If Melbourne, its opponent, wins you will receive $50.00 ($25.00 x 2.00) thanks to the bet placed here. As you spent $34.52 ($9.52 + $25.00) on the bets overall, you will win either $15.48 ($50.00 - $34.52) or $15.46 ($49.98 - $34.52) depending on the result of the match. This is why I say the $60.90 overall prize money is guaranteed. More specifically, $60.90 ± 5c.


***Step Nine:***

Now it is time to repeat the same process for the NRL.

Return to **Home** (bottom left tab), and follow the button to the regular **NRL Finals** betting page.

Now check that the following odds are still in place:

**Cronulla Sharks v Penrith Panthers**
Cronulla Sharks: 1.67
Penrith Panthers: 2.25

If those odds are still in place, proceed with the following:

**CRONULLA v PENRITH**

* Click the **Penrith Panthers** odds of 2.25
* Enter a stake of $11.11 but DO NOT place the bet just yet.
* Click ‘Rewards Boost’
* Slide the slider to the max Boosted Odds of 4.50
* Click ‘Boost My Odds’ (this will cost you 1111 Rewards Points)
* Click 'Quick Bet' to place the bet.


***Step Ten:***

Return to Home, and click on the **$2 Favs** button,

This time select **NRL $2 Favs**

Place a $25.00 Quick Bet on **Cronulla Sharks** at the odds of 2.00



At this point you have a guaranteed win of $43.50, and should have 1949 of your 5000 Rewards Points remaining.

We are going to use these points to make a further guaranteed $17.40.



***Step Eleven:***

We are going to use your remaining Rewards Points on the final NRL game.

Return to the regular **NRL Finals** betting section and check that the following odds haven't changed:

**South Sydney v St. George Illawarra**
South Sydney: 1.24
St. George Illawarra: 4.25

If they haven't changed, proceed with the following:

**SOUTH SYDNEY v ST. GEORGE ILLAWARRA**

* Click **St. George Illawarra**'s odds of 4.25
* Enter a stake of $11.76
* Click 'Quick Bet' to place the bet.
* Click **South Sydney**'s odds of 1.24
* Enter a stake of $20.83 but DO NOT place the bet just yet.
* Click ‘Rewards Boost’
* Slide the slider to the max Boosted Odds of 2.40
* Click ‘Boost My Odds’ which will cost you exactly 1949 Rewards Points.
* Click 'Quick Bet' to place the bet.

*This guarantees the payout no matter who wins the match as you have spent $32.59 ($11.76 + $20.83) and will win either $49.98 ($11.76 x 4.25) or $49.99 ($20.83 x 2.40). That is, $17.39 or $17.40.*


***Step Twelve:***

Sit back and wait for Sunday to come around, when your account will have a balance of $200.90 ($60.90 more than the $140 you deposited).

Immediately withdraw all of the money using the 'My Account' tab.


***Optional Step Thirteen:***

The first five times you refer a friend (using your Referral Code in the 'Rewards' tab) and they deposit $50 into their account you will receive 10,000 Rewards Points, which can be redeemed as $80 worth of Coles or Woolworths Vouchers in the 'Rewards' section.


WHAT TO DO IF THE ODDS HAVE CHANGED?

Unless the underdog's odds have dropped below $2, you can still make guaranteed money on each of the games, but you will need to change the stakes.

it is worth noting, though, that the guaranteed $60.90 figure will change if the odds change.

Here is the formula I have worked out for calculating the stake required for a guaranteed win:

* First, always place a $25.00 stake on the favourite in the **$2 Favs** section.

* Next, click on the underdog's odds in the regular betting section.

* Boost them to the max possible, then divide 50 by the max odds available.

* The result is your stake for the underdog.

Let's take **Hawthorn v Melbourne** as an example.

Melbourne is the favourite, so we place $25 on them in the **$2 Favs** section.

Lets say Hawthorn's odds have gone down to 2.50, and the max Rewards Boost BetEasy are allowing has gone down to 5.00.

The new stake for Hawthorn needs to be 50/5.00 = $10.00

This guarantees a $15.00 win either way.

If Hawthorn's odds were 2.25, with a max Rewards Boost of 4.45, the new stake for Hawthorn would need to be 50/4.45 = $11.24.

This is a guaranteed $13.76 win either way.

However, unfortunately the calculation I used to figure out the stakes in the **South Sydney v St. George** game is too complicated to explain here.
