Cannot pass up being hep! Or the GoGo girls. Sure beats going to Circus-Circus, which is what the whole hep world would be like had the Nazis won the war. Yes, I know you're testing my fading memory.

Will check them out, especially since Circa is a must-do with their futures. I'll be staying downtown two nights at the Four Queens (cue Argentino) and will be spending a fair amount of time at Circa, as I have some questions for them.

I messed up my scheduling. I do leave Friday night. Tell your friend that Friday night is the fifth anniversary of the Mob Museum. They are having a shindig -- bands and speakers. You gotta pay for food, but it's free to get in. Just tell them, "I plead the fifth" at the door. I really messed up -- had I known, I would have extended.

I'll be at the Tuscany my last night, which is by design since they have a satellite Circa sports book in case there are any last minute decisions.

How nice--I can hack away at the squad in just one post.

Just a weird post, laced with nervous wonder. Red, Legends Bay in Sparks has one of those satellite Circa sports books within. Drop by sometime--tell them Argentino sent you. You'll get two comp nights at their sister hotel.

V you're not getting it. You come across as a lonely old man with nothing to do, so you wait for posts on anemic forums from members who irritate the hell out of you just to try and instigate others to get involved in your uninteresting agenda somehow. Not everyone spends their days stoned because they gave up on living.

Kew probably can't realize what a fool he makes of himself every time he shows his weakness by vowing never to respond to me again. He thinks everyone just "misses" it :)....or it at least has to be that way for the nervous poodle to cope. And now he tries to make others believe he's not gonna scamper over to RW and bug them. (Calls won't do it kew).

I now return control of your pathetic, deadbeat lives to yourselves (pay your tax bill red)....

I realize that Sparks seems like the big city to someone who loves the stimulation of a South Dakota summer, but it really is not. I have read that when folks get worse with dementia, they become more and more sensitive/confused by bright lights and crowds.

Just sayin', Rob. Maybe it's time you settle down to life with bighorn sheep and a 9 PM curfew. The dementia term is "sundowning."

What, you call posting on forums "nothing to do?"

That makes you the king of "nothing to do."

Yes, my posting has increased since I retired; get over it.

Even when you REALLY try, you fail.

It's not summer yet--check your calendar. After a visit with our daughter in Minnesota, next month we're headed to the Lake Tahoe area for the summer AGAIN. Back to Az. in late Sept. And compared to the tired and worn-down Tuscany, Legends is a gem.

Now your job is to go back to VCT and explain why you lied about being "too busy to post answers to Mickey's questions" when I can draw you out of your crawlspace with no effort at all.....Just like I do with kew :)

Then you'll just LOVE my challenge.

Rob, I respect and sometimes admire your ability to write; your content irks me but your ability to write is impressive.

I challenge you to join me at VCT to compete for literary supremacy in the "Whatever's on your mind" section, "Young Axl Rose..." thread: purely for shits and giggles.

I've been having a blast for weeks now posting creative, oft snarky ripostes to the inane drivel posted by Tasha in her ongoing saga of time traveling rock n roll doppelgangers.

My creative juices, flaming urges and just plain sassiness run free there, and it feels great to revel and wrap myself in the Absurd: it really is a hoot.

Whether you're creative enough and / or have the desire to spew forth your own literary effluvia there is the question.

    There can be only one.

Understandable why kew's mother has worn diapers ever since he was born.

Confusing why you think the King would help the little people in any way.

    King?

    Oh, you...lol.

Quite plainly: to see if you're really as good as you think you are.

The challenge would involve "creative writing" as opposed to straight up insults and flames.

You're good at insults and flames, but can you keep up with me in creative writing?

    I doubt it.

Anyway, if you or any other swinging dick wants to jump in the hot tub there with us c'mon down.

By the way V, why aren't your offering your "legal advice" and some of that fancy "life-coaching" to kew on VCT?

Now the little fairy--after lacking in online attention while still having that burning desire to feel relevant--is claiming some ferocious brutes from a LV casino pit "roughed him up, threw him into a chair, and fractured his poor arm!"

What'd they do---shake hands with the pitiful weakling? :)

He sure is the "real deal"....is he not? I mean, we're gonna need redietz and some of his gay mobster friends to step in, especially when tossing around Nersesian's name doesn't cut it!

I'm glad I'm not driving for a week so I can read this stuff.

Lost in all this sympathy-seeking from kew is the reason WHY he was supposedly accosted by casino security.

Was he working with the dealer to win hands? Was he drunk & disorderly due to even more short circuits upstairs? Did he get warned one too many times about hitting on the disgusting guy sitting next to him? Was he adjusting the corners of 10's & Aces? Or did he get caught winning tens of thousands by counting two tables, regularly switching when counts became favorable?

Or was it that he just looked stupid, annoying, and like the whipping post we enjoy around here?

    It and he's a joke.

I won $25000+ in an hour & 45 minutes on a $2 VP machine there a few years ago. After the last royal, the suits came over, glared at me for a few moments, so I got up and walked away. Then I cashed out my points, and shortly thereafter I got a letter saying I was not allowed to play VP there again.

Kew IN NO WAY has the ability, intelligence, or wherewithall to hit a casino for even half of that in 10 hours.

His "reason" for "not wanting to sue" over the supposed bad treatment is pathetic. "Waaa ...waaa....I'll likely get identified everywhere from the news so it'll kill my ability to keep lying about my non-stop winning blah blah blah!" What a pile of crap.

If there's anything anywhere on the internet that's been learned, it's that kew wants and has to have relevance, and he has to be the absolute CENTER of attention. His new story was 100% predictable as soon as I stopped driving and started posting.

You've seen it from redietz and his lame excuses for being "too busy" to respond to mickey 's and others' questions. But as soon as Singer appears, the puppet show is on!

    Know the King.
    Obey the King.
    Respect the King.

News of the incident spread quickly throughout the Las Vegas AP community...the story must have been in the latest issue of Typsters & Gypsters...everybody out there reads that.

I've talked to/chatted with 4 of these LV AP's today, and none of them heard about this story. I also talked to a manager I know at SP. Even if this supposed episode didn't happen there, this person would know about it before red wrote it up. He never heard of kew or his tale.

Kew is fully trained in concocting stories to draw attention to himself. The fact that he's blabbing all about his "experience" on VCT and likely other forums, when he's always showing his paranoia about casino employees "reading VCT to get player info" is a clear tell that he's lying again.

C'mon, man, is your bulb really that dim?

I don't play BJ but I can hypothesize a plausible scenario.

KJ plays, by report, what I'd describe as "hit and run," i.e. short sessions at any table.

Could easily be that the last time he played at Sweat Point before the day in question they became suspicious and asked the Eye to examine his play.

Examining play takes a bit of time, and it is probable he closed that session out and left, blithely unaware of the ongoing examination.

But the casino may have concluded its exam and said "Yeah, he's a counter: next time he comes in, 86 him."

I am not saying he lied, Rob.

Of course he COULD be lying, but I've not reached that conclusion.

OK. My conclusion is he lied, especially after discovering for certain that he did not file a police report.

Since he lied about that (and if you wanted to you could get the same info, although it would probably take a few days for you) then what do you think the chances are he concocted the whole thing just for the attention he always craves?

A caveman would easily diagnose this.
