I must say I am curious as to how KJ can harmonize his initial claim of being trespassed and signing a document to that effect with his later comment that he'll soon be returning, presumably to play at that casino.

That would NOT be an advantage play!

The reason he's not pursuing it makes perfect sense. if I were him, I would not pursue it. At all. Let me repeat that. Not at all.

Now back to your regularly scheduled posters.

Why not, assuming it could be settled quickly, quietly, and without publicity?

Red is being facetious V. He has no clue what to say because he's caught between a rock and a hard place.

    Today's public availability:

    1) South Point buffet from 8 AM to 9:30 AM. I'll be the old guy wearing the Vegas Knights hat and reading a newspaper, which no one does these days.

    2) Since the Main Street brew pub is closed Wednesdays, it turns out, I'll be at Oscar's Happy Hour from 5:30 PM until 7 PM. May dress a little spiffier for that; may not. Will still be toting a newspaper and black shoulder bag.

    C'mon down! Sit a spell.

Redietz, I appreciate the earlier invitation to break bread but my plans do not contemplate or provide for a trip to Sin City.

I am a home body; even now that things are "opening up" I have little urge to leave the comfort and convenience of my home as I have everything and every one I want and need at hand.

I've traveled extensively before and with YouTube I can now visit places and see / learn more than I would had I actually been there.

    Happy variance.

    Thanks, V.

I'm technically not gambling this excursion, but thoughts and prayers always appreciated. If some future number leaps out at me, I'll pull the trigger, but that's not a likely scenario with most shops not posting college football conference futures yet, including the wiser of the books -- Westgate, Circa, and South Point. CET, however, is getting jiggy. So kudos to them for taking a few risks.

There was a fantastic universal sense that whatever we were doing was right, that we were winning. And that, I think, was the handle - that sense of inevitable victory over the forces of Old and Evil. Not in any mean or military sense; we didn’t need that. Our energy would simply prevail. There was no point in fighting - on our side or theirs. We had all the momentum; we were riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave.

So now, less than five years later, you can go up on a steep hill in Las Vegas and look West, and with the right kind of eyes you can almost see the high - water mark - that place where the wave finally broke and rolled back.

You know what I notice these days, MDawg? When I stand there, subtly admiring the shape of various women's skulls, I tend to get harrowing looks of disapproval.

FYI -- I strongly recommend the meatballs at Oscar's for Happy Hour. When you get downtown to peruse the Go-Go dancers, take a very short (30-yards) detour and have some meatballs.

Try leaving the shackles and cattle prod in the chevie for a change, I found those disapproving looks become fewer and far between. Lol

Well, redietz, you've been home for a couple of days now.

Tell us, how did your meetup with Bob and Richard go?

Have you recorded the podcast yet?

Or, when is the podcast scheduled to be recorded?

I can tell you how my interviews went. I was emailed by Bob asking me if I wanted to be on the show. I emailed back yes I would. He sent me a list of questions and asked me if I could answer them and did I have any questions I wanted to be asked. I emailed him back saying I could answer those questions plus gave him a couple of more. This process took TWO DAYS.

We recorded the interview on the THIRD DAY.

The fourth day they put it up on youtube.

So how long have you been jacking around now? Couple months, right?

They are supposed to be shutting down soon. Are you trying to run out the clock?

You're way, way off base, mickey.

If you were fair, or smart, what would you be asking?

First, you would ask Dancer or Munch when I contacted them. Sound about right?

Second, you might try asking Dancer or Munch if I wanted to do an interview, and if they recommended that I meet them in person first. Sound reasonable?

If the answers to those questions are "yes," then you owe me an apology.

And third, you might ask Munch if I contacted him when I got to LV for an in person meet, and if he was too busy to do so and how the email exchange went.

If I was amenable to do the in person meet, recommended by Munch, and then Munch was unavailable because he was being interviewed himself, then was unable to schedule the following day, then it would seem you might owe me another apology.

But first, I suggest you verify these things by contacting Munch and Dancer. Dancer is out of town right now.

Now that is what a mickey crimm who has some interest in reality might do. The mickey crimm posting here may not do any of these things.

By the way, I was at South Point and Oscar's at the advertised times to handle all inquiries regarding EV and other sports betting topics. Of course I was. In addition, I accidentally saw Anthony Curtis at the LVA office, so he received a signed book. Serendipity.

Have a good day, mickey. Let's see if the mickey crimm posting here is honest enough to verify or not verify what I just posted. Let's see if he is honest enough to admit he was way off base. Let's see what Mickey "The Truth" Crimm reports back.

Or will he fail to admit he was dead wrong?

And mickey, the idea that I might be fearful to expound in the presence of Munch or Fezzik or Shackleford or "Curtis" is ludicrous. You can feel free to ambush interview me with any of those folks in tow any day. Just let me take a couple of deep breaths and have a cup of coffee and I'll be more than ready to expound, cogitate, and explain why I'm correct. I was hoping Shackleford would have shown at South Point or Oscar's, but no such luck.

See, mickey, you've been wrong about if I contacted them, when I contacted them, what I was amenable to doing when, you've been wrong about the whole deal for many weeks. But I didn't bother to correct you or argue against you because unlike kewlj, who responds to 90% of all things wrong said about him, I don't much care what you or these APs playing at sports betting have to say. I mean, why correct idiots? Let them be idiots. It's a lot easier to let idiots be idiots than spend time correcting them. Less effort, same result. It's the AP way of doing things, right? Less effort, same result.

You've been completely wrong here and at VCT. I didn't correct you. Why should I? Not my job. You weren't even bright enough, or courteous enough, to PM me and ask if I had agreed to be interviewed or what the issues were. Instead (like an idiot), you assumed I was scared of being interviewed.

As Bugs Bunny said, gotta let maroons be maroons.

Why would they want to meet you in person first? On two of my interviews Dancer was in Nevada and Munchkin was in California. We did the interviews on Skype so we were face to face. So your having to "meet in person" is a bunch of bullshit. A Skype meeting is so easy even a computer illiterate can do it. If there had to be a "face to face talk" before taping a show then you could have easily done it on Skype two months ago.

I can see where Munch might have said "let's me up" once he knew you would be in Vegas. But two months ago I know damn well Munch didn't tell you there had to be a meetup before taping a show.

Your post here is nothing but deflection.

Why would I contact you behind the scenes when it can be done in the forums? What all the secrecy?

In the Professional Sportsbetting thread over on VCT, in post #5, made on Feb 20 2023, you said "I'll be more than happy to guest on GWAE and explain why the phrase "Expected Value" is inappropriate for sports betting purposes."

Knowing how fast things move with GWAE I expected to hear an interview within a week. But here we are, over 2 months later. You still haven’t done the interview. Your opinion on why EV doesn’t apply goes unexplained to the sportsbetting world. WTF is the hold up?

No, mickey, you don't know anything "damn well" of the sort. Stop making things up to suit your nonsensical act.

Did you contact Munch and Dancer and ask that question? Of course not. Why didn't you? Because you know the answer makes you a bullshitter.

I'm not going to post my email correspondence with them. That's inappropriate. No need for me to demonstrate that mickey crimm is full of it. He does a fine job himself.

But if mickey emails them and requests that correspondence between GWAE and [email protected], he has my blessing to post it. Make the phone call, mickey.

You have to wonder, if crimm is bullshitting about this, what else has he been inventing all these many years? It's not like anyone follows mickey around with a tally sheet determining if he wins or loses or knows what he's doing. It's not like he's monitored by clients or publications like, say, me.

So the reason that you haven't done a GWAE interview is because an in-person meeting is required?

What is the reason?....that's never been clearly explained.
