Hillary was unable to visit Clinton HQ because her diaper was full. And she had none left.

Someone fucked up and only packed 7 diapers for election night.

Huma went diaper shopping this morning to replenish the supply.

Great post - I was just now reading all of their posts and tweets and laughing my ass off.
All the "What a sad day for America" comments and such -
    HEY...... GET THE FUCK OUT.
Will they ? No. Because they are the leeches of society and will never leave the hand that feeds them.
They have no influence of people - no one cares what they think. They only serve ONE purpose - to ENTERTAIN people. Now they aren't even worth that anymore - so LEAVE NOW.
    Ahhhh if only.....

So Trump won and I accept that. Don't like it but I accept it. I am very willing to admit, I thought there was zero chance of this occurring. I was wrong. Been wrong before and likely will be again. My biggest concern is that I think he is mentally unstable. I have heard some "talking heads" suggest that he isn't as crazy as he appears to be....that it is part of his "act". I pray they are right.

But I can't help but wonder if Trump now inherits a job and responsibilities that he really never wanted. I think he wanted the attention and power and respect, but I just don't believe he really wants the governing responsibility. And I don't believe he will deal well with all the gridlock and obstruction of people blocking his agenda. And even though the republicans control the senate and house, there will still be much gridlock and obstruction. Different fractions of republicans support and oppose different things. There are already quite a number of areas where Trump differs from the majority of republicans. Like entitlement reform. The republicans are hell bend on reducing (some even want to eliminate) programs like social security and medicare as a way to reduce the deficit. Trump emphatically states no changes to social security or medicare. I just don't believe he has even been in a position where the people around him weren't just "yes" men that agreed with whatever he suggested. That is not the way Washington works. lol

I also wonder about how his wife really feels about it. As near as I can tell, she tried really hard to raise her son, Baron out of the spotlight. He, as all presidential minor children do, will now grow up in the world's biggest fishbowl, for all to see.

Now one more thing I have been thinking about that I haven't seen talked about much and I hope this doesn't come off as sour grapes, because I do accept that Trump won the presidency under the rules of the election. But, does it bother anyone else that for the second time in 16 years we have elected someone president that received fewer votes than his opponent? I mean looking at the definition of democracy I see definitions like "rule of the majority" and "control of an organization group or government by the majority of it's members".

The "majority of the vote" doesn't count because if we did it that way - it wouldn't be fair at all.
They noticed this a long long time ago and that's why we use that instead of the "popular vote".
If it weren't that way - whoever won California (for example) would be president lol. The other states would have no say in electing the president. Other large populated states as well - it simply wouldn't be fair to everyone.
And the "majority" rule really has never been what this country is about. (Hillary thinks so - as she stated in the debate when they were talking about the Constitution - showing clearly that she has no idea what it's for). The system is set up to protect others from "the majority" in the event that the majority is messed up. Thank god for that too.

I'm not a democrat in any way but I was honestly ANGRY that she didn't come out and address the group of supporters that were there to see her (win or lose).
What a fucking dis-respectful thing to do to people who were there with their hopes and dreams in the balance - she SHOULD have made a public statement for them instead of sending out her spokesperson to say "Go home folks".
What a self centered egotistical bitch she truly is. I felt bad for those people and you could see how it affected them.
    Sad.

I don't see this point at all. As a a matter of fact, I believe just the opposite. A voter in Vermont or Montana would count exactly the same as a voter in California or Texas. And because of that candidates would visit all state to "woo" voters. The republican candidate would visit liberal areas like Massachusetts and California and democratic candidates would actually visit Texas and Kansas. A voter converted or won in those areas would carry the exact same weight as anywhere else. The way we do it now, we take most of the country out of the process and usually it is just people in a handful of swing states that really select the president. The way it currently is the majority of the country that votes, their vote doesn't matter as it is predetermined who their state will go for. Under the current rules, what incentive is there really for people in New York, California, Oregon, Texas, Kansas, Idaho and many other states, to even participate. They get no opportunity to hear any candidates and their vote really doesn't matter.

This explains it a whole lot better than I can - 1:50 starts to describe it perfectly.

If she was too old and tired and uncaring to get off her ass and make an appearance. she could have videoed something on the iphone and sent it over. The technology is there.
She behaved like a petulant child.

It was a disgrace to treat people like that. Oh well, not too shocking I guess when you look at the person.
She uses people that she thinks can get her some advantage to win like they are puppets.
"Oh - I'm going to be in Philly ? Let's get Jay Z - he's black right ? That's GOT to help me with the blacks".
Unreal. Then the press - then the celebrities - then the current president -
NONE of them got her the win - that's probably why she was so upset that she couldn't appear.
I wasn't with her but I know damn well what she was saying "How the HELL am I NOT winning !!!!!!! What else do I have to do ??????????"
People like that are lower than low in my book. I hope her "followers" learned a thing or two about how scum like that USE you for your vote while caring nothing about you or your issues - or your country.
Shame on her "WHY am I not 50 points ahead ???"

Hey, those pine barrens aren't too bad.

Never did spot the Jersey devil, but spent some time at a small, stump filled pond catching a lot of pickerel.

Based on your post I think you really hope he falls on his face. Your shared left wing liberal view and opinions are exactly why and what made certain he got elected.

Give the new look a chance.

Trump just showed the Republicans that you don't have to cooperate by fulfilling the liberal agenda while in power, just to get elected. Let's hope that the left wing agenda gets exactly what it deserves this time. You don't have to reach out to the assholes. Fuck them, they lost. Don't listen to the left wing media that got everything wrong. They just want to rule by proxy.

Since nobody spelled this out, allow me.

The net effect of the electoral college is that because of the demography and the layout of the electoral college, minority votes count a tad less than white votes. If you place a value of 1.0 on a white person's vote, then the average minority person's vote is worth something less. I'm not sure of the figure, but I'm sure the math is out there. It may be worth .92 or thereabouts.

So everybody is equal, sort of, but white people are equaller, as the old phrase goes.

actually the press did trump a big favor as it turns out. As they constantly portrayed him as unqualified, people like KJ bought into it. AS the press laughed at the chance of him winning from the beginning telling us he just isnt "presidential"......people bought into it.......but the people that bought into it were supporters of clinton....they got fat and lazy....they didnt show up like the trump supporters did.

So while hillary did massive adverts on trumps manners......trump advertised his vision......and mobilized his people.

All clinton did was mock trump, all the media did was mock trump.....and the clinton folks figured who was going to vote for a bafoon......a critical error/

ask a black man in the south how much he like the "rule of the majproty" in the 40's and 50's and before.

Also with the digital era upon us, and corruption easy as well...all it takes is someone in california to add 2 million votes to the voting roles.....and they can elect who they want in a close race. Right now they can add 2 million votes...and the cap is 55 votes.
its way harder to steal an election with thissystem
