Like lots of other people, I used to be paranoid with fear of losing, whether it's a game or studies or otherwise. I have seen people who are worse than me on this topic and can become real evil at times. However, as I started frequenting Casinos both live and online, this fear has gradually given way to better sense. While there may be other factors contributing to this change, I would definitely credit casinos to a great extent in killing my fear of losing. In a casino you enjoy the game so much and see so many people losing around you, that you slowly realize that the game is the fun, and not always the win. While losing the first time will definitely frustrate you, the possibility of winning like your fellow-player, will have you coming back. This is also a reason why casinos have regular players, most of whom lose regularly but keep coming back and become loyal finally. I strongly feel this to be a very positive effect of casinos on your emotions and mental health. I play online mostly on sites like Royalpanda, Bodog and Fairplay999.

It is so fun to lose. In fact I know from experts that gambling produces happiness Endorphins that actually kill off the receptors to the brain where minding if you lose is short circuited. I love it when my brain gets in the back seat and the brain chemistry gets in the driver seat. It's so worth it.

Bring the correct amount of a bankroll required for a game , set win goal and loss limit . Either WG or LL will tell you warm you when to leave the table .

This way a player is in control without any emotions .
