"If you make it up to $10,000, there is really no way to lose if you know what you are doing."

Thanks for sharing this video. That can and does happen but 98% of the time they just head back to the ATM to donate again. Choctaw casino is near my home in Texas and I have actually seen that guy walking around the tables, didn't know his story.

He is a rare Black guy playing Bacarat so easy to spot and remember amongst the oceans of Asians at the tables and Me

Yeah no casinos in all of Texas, Choctaw and Winstar are right on the Texas border and only real casino option for Texans, also the Louisiana border, but I'm closer to Oklahoma border

I have been in the Horseshoe in Bossier City / Shreveport before. But not Oklahoma or Lake Charles. I have heard that Golden Nugget and L'Auberge in Lake Charles are nice.

I saw a man lose 200K at Tropicana only a few months ago betting 10K table max per hand. A dealer I know at a different table game, Face Up Pai Gow which is right next to the baccarat tables in the Asian pit, told me at the time that he is there practically everyday and that he always starts with a 200K marker. Well, he was at a table the next day and I can only guess that he got all his losses back from the night before and most likely up since he had over 400K in chips. He was also joking and laughing with a couple of people he was with at the table which was reserved.

From what I saw, he was betting mostly banker if not all the time, so if a long streak of player comes then he is finished which is what happened on the first night I saw him. That table had blue streaks everywhere and it didn't take him long to lose 200K before leaving.

The second night I saw him, it was all red on the board and therefore he most likely won huge.

Watching Borgata tables this week, I saw a player betting 20K table max per hand and he had just about 200K. There were practically no 5K chips left in the rack. I have no clue how much that man bought in or took a marker out for, but when I walked away after he lost 2 bets in a row losing 40K and then coming back to the table after only like an hour later he was already gone. I looked at what the other players had in chips and they all lost as no one had much of chips left in front of them. A woman sitting at the end had at least 4K when I left and she was betting no more than $500 and she had only like $300 left. A woman next her had at least 2K in chips and she had only $200 left to make one last bet as the table minimum was $200. There were two other new players who had some chips but not that much. So, three players out of 5 were gone in an hour replaced by two new players.

Below is the board when I went back to the table and I don't think I would've lost so badly on that board, but I wouldn't know for sure unless I put my strategy to the test for that board.

The rack was full of 5K chips and I'm pretty certain that you cannot pay off your marker at the table, so the only thing that could've happened is that the man who had over 200K in 5K chips lost it all. I suppose Borgata could do something to allow a player to turn in his chips and they make a note on their rating system computer or whatever to offset the marker taken out, but I have never seen that happen before.

I know they have yellow 20K chips with serial numbers on them which I've seen when Patrick Ewing was playing blackjack. A pit boss I know very well told me that they also have 100K plaques. They had neither at the table where the man with over 200K was playing, so he could not have colored up before leaving.

It really makes me wonder how in the world that man lost $200K in about 1 hour (actually $160K since he lost $40K right before I left and I was away for about an hour).

But then at $20K max bet, that's only 8 losses to lose $160K, and I just don't see how he could have lost 8 more than wins in that pictured shoe.

I wish I would have stayed and watched just to see how he reacted after losing $40K in 2 hands, but they were just taking forever to play a hand and I just didn't feel like staying around because it was pretty boring.

When I went to a different baccarat pit that's outside of the high roller pit, there was this very young Asian couple and the guy was letting his girlfriend or wife decide what to bet on a $200 minimum table after buying in for $5K. She lost some and won some but they looked like they were up several hundreds, but they (the couple and a few other players at the table) were taking forever to play a hand too so I walked away to watch blackjack. About 15 minutes passed and that young couple was at a $10 minimum blackjack. He got on a roll and was betting heavy (at least $200 a hand) and he had a little over $2K. The pit boss was chatting with him and said "It's nice to double your money..." which meant that he probably bought in for 1K.

I was just curious, so I walked back to the baccarat table where he was playing and everyone has left the table and the board was already cleared so I couldn't see what the pattern looked like. I knew the dealer so I asked her what happened to the young couple and she said they lost it all betting heavy when things got rough and apparently it wasn't just them but all the players at the table lost.

So, I go back to the blackjack table and that young couple was losing and it wasn't long before he lost it all again.

I went down to get some hot chocolates this morning around 10 AM and there was this Asian man playing $100 minimum baccarat and he was there since last night.

He had a huge stack of 1K chips (looked to me like 50K at least) and he was betting 2K a hand and betting just about all banker.

What surprised me was that he had only about 4K in $100 chips and none of the oranges when I went back to the room to sleep in the middle of this morning. He was betting $500 a hand then.

So, I'm thinking to myself "Did this guy win all that since I left?"

The pit boss at the table was someone I knew very well, so in-between the shuffles when the man walked away from the table, I asked her if he won all that money and she tells me quietly that it's just his money and he is about even.

His commission at the end of the shoe was $2,700 which translates to $54,000 in banker wins.

That shoe was 38 bankers vs 21 players, so 17 more banker wins. If you bet all bankers then $2,000 x 17 = $34,000 - $1,700 commission = $32,300 banker wins.

Since he paid $2,700 in commission, he won $54,000 betting bankers in that shoe only and even with all that winning he's just about even? I cannot even imagine how much he must have been down to be only even.
