I've made a ton of money off of casinos because the concept of inverted numbers does in fact come in swarms. It's not "cool" it's having the capacity to see reoccurring patterns.

There are patterns that occur from time to time. They are referred to as swarms. They don't hit one spin after another but they do hit very soon after, causing the swarm effect. Because they are such a small grouping, 12-21, 13-31, 23-32, you won't see it very often. But you will see the phenomenon in other small groups as well. Just look at the group made up of the doubled digits, 00, 11, 22, 33. These swarm too. If you are not looking for swarms then you have no chance of seeing them. You do know that the zeros both swarm and sleep don't you? Certainly you have seen this. I don't think it's "cool." I think it is an opportunity of randomness.
