You cannot use this to have an edge, the progression required to be in profit when a number repeats within 38 spins would be astronomical. I cannot understand why some people in 2017 thinks they invented hot water with those simple ideas whereas all this has been tested millions of time by millions of people included the smartest genius of all times.
