You have a straight on the turn with two opponents in the pot, one’s a very good player the other’s a very optimistic player.

    PART DISCOUNT 1.png

    You protect your hand against the set (10 outs * 2 % = 20 %) = 4 / 1 by betting 3 / 4 Pot
    first call will get 2.3 / 1 second call will get 3.3 / 1.

Both players call and the Jack of diamonds falls.

    PART DISCOUNT 2,5.png

    Mathematically both players have (Q8 = 0.8 %) + (KQ = 1.6 %) = 2.42 % chance of having a better straight.

    PART DISCOUNT 4.png

The good player will not call the turn bet with King Queen, because the six outs to an over pair are on good with a one card straight on board (8).
    (6 outs * 2 % = 12 %) = 7.3 / 1 to Hit with a (29.3 % * 2 ) = 60 % chance of being beat.
The good player won’t draw to hands that are probably or easily beat.

    PART DISCOUNT 3.png

That leaves Four outs to the nut straight, only three of which are clean.
    The good player would have to get (3 outs * 2 % = 6 %) = 15 / 1 to call.
    The good player can have Kc Qc (12 outs * 2 % = 24 %) = 3.1 / 1 which is a good call.

    PART DISCOUNT 2,5.png

    The good players total hand equity (Q8 = 0.8 %) + (Kc Qc = 0.1 %) = 0.9 %
