This makes no sense... then again I just woke up.
A LINE bet (and you used all capitals so I assume you really mean it...) is
    6 numbers on the table ie. #1 - #6 or #4 - #8 or a "double street" but a line
bet is 6 numbers in two streets side by side.
Your average on a single 0 wheel should be 6 in 37 or simplified to 1 in 6.16
on a 00 wheel should be 6 in 38 or simplified to 1 in 6.33 for the average.
Either wheel pays 5:1 on a win
So already, this makes no sense since you said 1 in 13.

A street bet ? seems to be what you mean ?
    3 in 37 for the single 0 wheel so 1 in 12.33 or a 00 wheel is 1 in 12.66
it pays 11:1 on a win.
So I'll just assume you're talking about a street bet of 3 numbers.
Then again your "results" (in quotes) don't match up with how a street performs
but appears more like a LINE bet would.

So before even getting to the "problem" I'm already confused.
Given your screen name, just joined and using "u" instead of "you" (sorry, have
seen that before by someone we all know).... I'm actually thinking this post
was nonsense to begin with and you've wasted my time even replying to it.
But hell, everything can be turned into a learning experience for others.

Im sorry, yes I ment a Street Bet, in this case it was #34,35,36

and I'm sorry again but my results are true, RNG.

The Results are not the numbers itself but the amount till one of these 3 numbers was repeating

Turbo isn't Albert Einstein in roulette, but he comes very close.
Too bad, only a few are paying attention to see that.
If you got the math to support you and the game is random, you can beat every wheel in the world, as long as it is playing the game fair.
mmm, need to make a plate of some sort :)

Instead of saying Einstein, I suspect that what you really meant to say was that he's like Jethro Bodine. I always have to laugh when players that don't even comprehend basic probability start referring to Einstein. LOL!!!

How about showing us some of your math?

Elvis' behaviour is fishy, his self-confidence excess is a sign of drugs (easy to find weed or cocaine in Holland..) or alcohol abuse, or maybe a mix of both because it seems to be very powerful on him.

That's like how long is a piece of string.
Is it 1st profit, 5 or 10% of starting bank-roll?
