    30 rolls on a single 6-side die = 5 rolls per side.
5 rolls per 6 side squared = 1080 rolls, for reliability within 1 standard deviation, I think (yes/no?)

I am well aware that making any claims that faulty casino equipment is used is always taken as a "sore loser attitude". I am also well aware that a loser make all kinds of amazing statements as why they lost, some quite humorous and others just quite sad.

The issue with bias dice, or 'percentage dice' is that it is a subtle issue. It is that when you score wins and losses with bias dice, you see a 3:2 ratio of loses to wins, where with normal dice you should see a 1.4:1 ratio. It is quite possible with bias dice that there can be hot hands, and winning sessions. Though what you look at the long game with bias dice the trend is persistently cold.

The second issue with bias dice is that while the seven will show in every 5 rolls, craps rolls are also very high than normal including the eleven. Don't players are more likely to lose on the Coming out roll, and if the point is the 4 or 10, there is an above normal chance that the shooter will hit it. Bias dice is no Darkside delight! Playing the Don'ts with bias dice is the strongest hand, however you have to be conservative because of the 7 and 11 as well as the higher potential to hit the outsides where your odds are higher.

Given that I go to the same casino two to three times a week, play on the same table with the same bias dice for the last 4 years, I have unique advantage of watching these dice perform "IN THE LONG RUN".

First, the casino and the dealers know the dice are bias as when they tell me "they run cold" and "yes, all the dealers know the dice run cold, the casino especially knows it". Indian casinos are not regulated, so even if i was to prove beyond the shadow of doubt my case, there is nobody who will care.

Having watched the dice for four years at this one casino, talked to the dealers, watched other players get slaughtered (and flamed out) and tracking them as I have doing. I am confident to say that the dice are bias and that the casino damn well knows it!

I cannot make this claim for any other casino, nor would I say that this problem is in all casinos. However, I would highly suggest for a serious craps player to chart the dice for a while to make sure that before you buy-in you are doing so with fair dice.

Now this issue is really about: DO I HAVE AN EDGE? Because that is the point here. If the casino is using bias dice, then it is my task to find out, and consider my options before I play:

A: Not to play and move on to another casino
    B: Play darkside
C: Try and shoot the dice so that the bias works for you rather than against you.

Mostly I play B and C. Sometimes the dice just are uncontrollable so I just leave at that point - cause everyone is getting killed! It is the old strategy of "run a way and live to fight another day".

LoL zengrifter ... that's actually kinda funny considering the source, according to the link on your profile - you have had
"Zengrifter" has spent time in Federal Prison ...

Just because you zengrifter have been convicted of "organized criminal conspiracy" does not exempt corporations from doing the same ....... there are plenty of examples everyday, let's just pick one - say from today's news:

General Mills exposes illegal yogurt price-fixing

My interview underscores that the allegations were more political than true.

... is it really "an organized criminal conspiracy" if there are no regulations about using unbalanced dice ....

The old Gambler's Book Shop motto was "knowledge is protection." At the store, they have a book by Steven L Forte for $750.00 called “Casino Game Protection: A Comprehensive Guide” ….. you can also get it on Amazon from about $300. to $2,900.
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/0975986406/ref=olp_tab_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used

There are no statutory dice specifications in Nevada nor in too many Indian Casinos. Forte states in his aforementioned book on page 247:
This vagueness in the Nevada dice laws allows the casinos to have an unfair game and increase the House edge as much as they desire --- just like they did when they started using 6:5 BlackJack to increase the House edge by over 800 percent
    (see http://www.blackjack-scams.com/html/6_5_blackjack.html )
