On the 31 decisions you posted, if you were playing OGbank only and betting each hand and not looking for -20 you would have a +3. These would come on line 15,20 and31. That's how I see it. If you were waiting on -20, you would not have reached it yet. Your largest bet would be 5U, which occurred on line 14, where you would stand -2/5. At least that's what I see.

    5 bets so far, Virtual bets total = -100 -- Banker @ 200 bet
    6 bets so far, Virtual bets total = -400 -- Player @ 300 bet

Banker won while virtual bets were at a minus value. So the next bet should go up by +100.

This no longer shows the next bet value.

But the question is, do Banker win bets go up on the next bet if the virtual bet value is still in minus?

I missed spoke. Your largest bet would be 4U on line 13,28,29 and 30. Line 14 would be -2/3...

Yes, as long as the bet value wouldn’t exceed more than +1 on the next win.

    Example

Let’s say we were -7 betting 5 and won

    we’d now be at -2 betting 3.

it may be likely that your programming doesn’t recognize the goal value and might make that next bet a 6 instead of a 3.

Please explain the rule. I have all Banker wins going up 1u on the next hand if the Virtual bets are in a less than 0 condition.

What rule are you using for Banker wins in Virtual bets?

Brilliant. That clearly explains how the bet value can drop. So you bet to get to +1 even in the Virtual bets.

That also explains how you're getting +4 and +5 bet values when real bets kick in.

    exactly, that's the missing rule.

    yuk, more programming...

Correct, when we are looking a series for our trigger of -20 virtual bets, the process can take a while because every time it virtually goes to +1, everything resets.

Anytime your count comes to +1 you start over. If it's P then -1and continue if it's B then +1 and start over again.

The same rules for OG in general.

Now I get that meaning. I thought the game was over from that information. It was confusing, and I did not blow up.

I get it now. I must devise some more smart conditional stuff to add to this. And I should also make a decrease for the last winning bet value that is not programmed either.

In OG lingo, it’s called a series. Your series goal is to win one unit. And then you start a new series, the process and fluctuations in the series is the grind. The count is your draw down plus your betting unit size.

So you drop back to $100 because the last bet before that wins takes you there. I get it. You value your bets to get you back to +1 or $100.

That’s literally the key to successfully programming a simulator for OG. Many people build a tracker type system in excel so that they can input b or p and have excel instantly churn out the new count. And most people doing this fail in programming it to drop down and only aim for that +1 goal. justberich the guy that started the OG baccarat thread was doing exactly this. Playing online and using a bad excel program to tally his count and it got way out of control because it was ultimately betting much larger unit numbers than it should have.

We are talking about after virtual bets trigger at -20, right? I mean that you try to go from -20 back to +1.

Do you let virtual bets get above +1 ?

That's wrong. +1 is $2,000 in real bets.

Or -20 is $0 at the beginning of real bets.

No matter if you have a trigger or not, the goal is always +1 to end a series. So if a person is betting every hand, and they win their first hand, the series is over.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean about if I let virtual bets get above +1.

once my trigger starts I will win possibly up to 20 something units in that series. Whenever the series count ends at 0 or +1, I stop and wait for an entry point again. All of those accumulated plus ones along the way don’t have any effect on anything because each plus one means a brand new series.

If I am not mistaken you have a few rules for your OG.

You wait for virtual -20. After that, the moment you bring the figure to +1,

Do you stop and done with shoe?

Do you always chart the -20 from a new shoe?

What if shoe is done and you are still grinding to get to +1?

-20 is $0 at the beginning

    +1 is $2,100
