That's major BS, if anyone interested googles ''biased wheels'', ''visual ballistics'' and ''dealer's signature'' would find everything they need to know completely free!
The only exception are the roulette computers but that's another story.
By the way, your little secrets are not secrets at all, Jozef Jagger about 1 and a half century ago and Pelayo about 30 years ago have done this but now are obsolete and the only ones who want to keep people believing in such rusty methods are the casinos because they know they don't work any longer.
Perhaps if we had a time machine to go at least 30 years back then it would be useful information.

I've always been amused by the system junkies that say their system wins because it uses math to beat the game. All the while, they say that the math that proves that their latest system doesn't work doesnt matter.

Like I said, it's cat & mouse game. The old techniques which used to work aren't very effective any more, but new methods are being devised to meet the new challenges. Try actually reading what I wrote.

 

I tested the effectiveness of ''hot'' numbers for 11,600 spins from 4 different tables/days.

First file 4,000 spins resulted in 212 won cycles out of 280, 75.71% prediction accuracy
Second file 650 spins resulted in 24 won cycles out of 34, 70.59% prediction accuracy
Third file 950 spins resulted in 40 won cycles out of 58, 68.96% prediction accuracy
Fourth file 6,000 spins resulted in 275 won cycles out of 393, 69.97% prediction accuracy

You might notice that on each and every case, as well on the total, the expected average (64.86% for single 0) is absent!

What does this tells you? Luck?!
Biased wheel is not the answer since I intentionally tested different tables and days.

 

I don't know what you're talking about. What does effectiveness of ''hot'' numbers means? What does won cycle means? What did you bet, how much did you bet, how much have you won.

 

I was betting continuously from 1 up to 5 numbers, a won cycle is when I win so many times as many as the numbers I bet before the 37th bet, or when I place the 37th bet my selections had hit more than the total of numbers I was betting.

For example in the first case I'm betting 3 numbers and I get 3 hits by the 21st bet.
In the second case I'm betting 3 numbers and I get 5 hits within 37 bets.

The proper progression is complimentary to such bet selection, it can maximize profit.

 

How did you chose the numbers to bet?
Btw, your percentage of won cycles can be good but your total balance can be in minus. Were you in profit without progression?

 

I selected them regarding what I consider as ''hot''.
In the 75.71% was positive with flat bets, but on the other 3 cases a progression is needed.
