They will eventually stop doing updates for Windows 10. Once that happens you would need a new computer after a few months. Those updates protect your computer. You can still use it until it dies. You just need to take it off line. It would be at risk if your protection software doesn't keep up. But all this will be discussed if you go looking for it. Back up all your important files and data. It's a good idea to do that anyway.

That usually takes years and by then most people won't care. According to Microsoft updates for Windows 10 will be available until October 2025. Windows 11 came out in October '21

I know a guy whose computer is so old he still runs Windows 2000 on it. Obviously he doesn't use it for much of anything except the Internet.

 

For those that have learned to read randomness; this just happened this morning at Bovada. It's a very short lived elegant pattern. It's the best swarm of three position combo bets that I have ever seen.

Not if you know what you are looking for. When I see two in a row on those 3-way combos I almost always go for it with one long shot bet. In the combos you get 4 or 5 numbers. I didn't think I would have to explain this. I don't care who can't read randomness or who lacks the skills to exploit it. I'm done teaching. I've never taught how to exploit exotic and incredible opportunities. These are my own golden Easter eggs hidden in the flow of recent past data. BTW, This occurred in the past, the present, and the future for me. I was prepared to exploit it. I consider myself skilled and intelligent. Hey long time no see. Remember me? I took some time off gambling. Been thinking about reading randomness and flat betting. I know it's probably a dumb wquestion, but if you just flat bet aiming at 20% gain for a session everyday and you are willing to lose 100%, if you do that about six times per week, what are the odds that you'll lose all the bankroll if the house edge sits at 1%? The standard deviation for wining 20% is easier to achieve than to lose 100% but does id adds up to 0? I took some time off RR because I was getting greedy wanting to make a lot too fast, but my perception is that the more you play the worst your odds. There defnetly is some kind of "time density" related to the odds of this working. Reality is more tham just abstract math and "the universe" (God really) won't really allow, for your own good, you to make too much money with this. You aim too high a goal everyday you eventually drop and lose what you gained before. What I do want to try is to just flat bet and aim at some monetary ammount (not an exponential percentage) that is consistent with what I need to live and be happy, while gambling not being the only or even the most important income source. I think this way it could work. Also very important to have the rigth mindset, it's not magical thinking: having faith and humility at the table helps. Being greedy and arrogant brings you down. This is my take from all of this, been thinking a lot lately about the past experience.

 

Great post I agree with almost everything you say here. Greed will kill you every time because it gets in the way of you thinking clearly. People ask me all the time if you beat roulette why aren't you rich. It's such a stupid question that I don't even answer it anymore because the person asking it is usually a totally inexperienced moron who doesn't understand winning at any casino game. My goal is to make one unit every time I play no matter how favorable the conditions are. The unit can be any size you like of course. The less time your bankroll is exposed to the casino the better off you are because no matter how well you think it's going it can turn on a dime and screw you. So it's better to always play it safe and make steady money instead of big money. A big thing you have in your favor is that you don't seem to be a degenerate gambler and those people are screwed before they even start. Keep posting I like reading posts that I mostly agree with.

So much of winning at roulette involves not so much what you do, it's what you don't do. The list of things you shouldn't do is far longer. Don't be greedy, don't play too long, don't jump in immediately without seeing if it's playing your game, don't play when you're tired, don't ignore gut feelings, don't try and pay attention to too many things at once, do not keep playing when you know you should have quit 3 spins ago, do not abandon your discipline, you developed the discipline for a reason. You are always 100% of the time your own worst enemy, the wheel is never playing against you, you are always playing against yourself.

 

Yeah I just started on that site and I made top 100 in less than 60 games. my trategy is going ALL IN on the THIRD spin. I just go for the even chance bet that repeated. thats it. i prioritize red-black, even-odd, high-low in that order and if none of them repeat i play the oposite of the las result in red-black. i can't believe this worked, i'll keep trying for a few days hope it wasnt just luck. after one all in victory just quit and start again.

 

I mean you don't have to go all in I was just doing it because i noticed i was winning more often. Sticking to winning one unit of 10% bankroll on the first atempt or breaking even now, lets see how it goes.

 

Think of it like waves in a stock market trading chart. We are blasted with these images everyday if you keep track of news channels. You see that Ford or Sony is down a little more than a basic moving average and you think, dang, my Gucci shoes are going to be tougher to get this week.

Everything effects you. Most of all is that nagging idea that you still want to change the direction of your life. You want a consistent money stream that is way more fun to acquire than any functionary's reward received in fiduciary remittance. "Money won is twice as good as money earned."

The trick to beating the casino is in waiting for it to pull up its dress and let you have a little. Randomness naturally goes in and out of phases of opportunity. You train yourself to see these phases and to become aware of each phase's duration in the present tense. These packets of positive data tend to flow in swarms. You know what a lucky streak is. The casinos know what a lucky streak is. In fact they don't really mind it when a player wins. They celebrate it and put the victim of success out front. I call them victims because the casino is giving the poor suckers a taste of that better life that is possible. It's a baloney festival. They plaster their picture and frame it with that "Jackpot Check" and that deer in the headlights pose all over the casino and their webpage. Everything that comes at you in the casino is about as useful to you as attending a "Mega Church," one that has a rock concert with all the trimmings. It's the church of the living dollar. So is the casino. You must turn the tables on them and play your own game. Your game must be waiting and knowing when to strike. Getting caught up in the minutia of processing the detection of trend or pattern formations means that for you, that you are not ready to make the decisions that are required as the phases change. That process must be automatic. That leaves you in the position to see above the opportunity landscape if you are highly skilled. That's the skill level that you need. That's the end of the trail where you are ready to change your life. It takes work to get there. Nobody can do this for you.
