Baccarat games have visual boards like roulette, where you can see patterns.

I looked into the possibility of using my strategy playing baccarat and I don't think so. There are 3 different possibilities that can arise: Player wins or loses, banker wins or loses or a tie. My strategy relies on just 2 possibilities, red or black and sometimes a zero. I would have to know how to play baccarat really well if I were to try to develop a strategy for it. I don't know, maybe a tie could be considered a zero. If I ever get completely bored with roulette (and I'm getting close), I may take a peek at baccarat just for the fun of it. I hear that many people prefer Baccarat over roulette. Have you ever tried any betting strategies for baccarat found on the internet? If so, turn me on to a couple of fairly good ones so I can see what the basic approach is.

Tie is not a loser or a winner for both Player and Banker. Tie is a wash for both the bets. All the systems of Roulette can be used for Baccarat, with better results since the house advantage is about 1.15% in Baccarat compared to 2.7% of single zero Roulette.

I would imagine that the strategies that can be used for both baccarat and roulette are various betting progressions. But again, I am not sure because I am not familiar with the game of baccarat or any of the strategies applied to it. It sounds to me that you are an avid baccarat player hoping to find a good roulette strategy that could possibly apply to baccarat also. I will look at a few baccarat strategies I find on the internet and see what the basic approach is. Until then I haven't a clue if my strategy could be applied there also. I'll let you know.

I play even money bets in baccarat and craps. I prefer them to even money bets in roulette for the lower house advantage in these two games. Even money strategies can be used in all games.

I went on line and learned to play baccarat, it's actually very simple. I applied my pattern betting strategy and won 70 units. I used the same red/black pattern strategy as I do with roulette. Instead of red/black, I used player/banker which would create patterns that look like P P B P B B. The strategy works basically the same on baccarat except for one important difference; when the strategy calls for betting on Banker and I win, I do not receive full investment back. Even when I win betting Banker, I am losing money. In roulette, both the black and red pay even money. I would not recommend using my strategy for playing baccarat.

It pays even money on something that happens LESS THAN HALF THE TIME. In other words....IT'S A STUPID BET!!!! Only an idiot would make stupid bets.

I guess you're saying everybody is an idiot because everybody who plays casino games makes bets and every bet is stupid. Right?

I applied my roulette strategy to baccarat and it works in one sense but not in another. It works in the sense that patterns do not repeat but it doesn't work in recouping the loss with the martingale progression when betting on "Banker'. If I am betting the 7th step of the Martingale which would be 64 units on 'Banker" and win, it only returns 60.8 units. Even though I win, I lose 3.2 units. No, my strategy will not work with Baccarat.
