I must be bored to bother to answer this. LOL. NO, monkeys will never evolve to become human. Reason is the theory of evolution doesn't think that. Both humans and species evolved from some previous line(s) or branches. thus their is similar DNA but not the same genetic ancestry. Not a big lift to see the difference.

Michio Kaku, a theoretical physicist I like said he's an agnostic. Reason being we cannot prove that God doesn't exist, or that he does so . . .maybe he does. Agnostic.

 

Question - If man evolved from monkeys or apes, why are the monkeys and apes still around?

The same as we will, still, be around, when the next phase of evolution happens.

 

I like to keep it simple. does God exist ? does Love exist ?

so yes , since God is Love how can we deny its existence ? love is what keeps this whole universe together.
if you did not, as a human being thought someone would inflict love upon you tomorrow you could not go on in this life.
and i dont mean Love in a generic since, I mean it in a way that makes you get up in the morning !

Agreed. I believe "Love thy neighbor as thyself" is the challenge for all
human beings-and the only way to properly do that is ask Jesus into your heart.

 

Inserting middlemen is always the lazy, scared person's way out. Look, you pay more for someone else to save you, and, the other person just fucks you, anyway. Jesus, if he existed, might have died for us, but, only to show us the way. We, ourselves, have to seek the way... the same way as him. So, what have you guys done to go all the way, put your words where your actions are? The reason that there have been so very few, if any, Jesus's. Another thing, likely, love is the hardest thing of all to figure out.

 

some things go far more then "men's logic, reasoning, intellectualism. " we are so limited in our thinking we got no idea. we think our thoughts are our own when 99% of us have learned everything we know from others around us.
yet we still think we came up with it. we are hypnotize and have been for a long time.
and the only way to discover that is often through a tragedy, car accident, some traumas that utterly SHIFT US TO THE CORE.
a near death experience often is needed and then we "wake up".
see, I was a atheist like many at one time. it took me to literately lose my mind to "wake up" from the brain washing machine created in our society.
and then I saw God, Love, Jesus to be more then just a myth, but a reality living beyond the curtains and skins of everything in existence.
Love that I received from it was a shift that enables me to Love others now, not based on what they do, if they like me, but based on what was poured into my heart during that "out of body experience". Love is a Effect.

here is the question we need to be asking;
why, why are we as humans all wanting more ?
because in simple terms we want to feel that we are enough .
and why do we want to feel then , we are more ?
it is because on the inside we believe we are less !
wether we admit that to ourselves or others there is this void of having not enough !

when you see yourself as "more" you have more
when you see yourself as "less" you will have less

and do people do all day ? they try to acquire things to feel they are "more"
because they feel they are less and not enough

Church and the casino are much the same thing. The only difference is when you're at the casino and you pray you really mean it. LMAO

 

Religion and sport are the same thing too.

Join a group who sing the praises of your throng while denouncing all others.

IE, go to your church to congregate with affiliates then sing happy clappy songs so you all feel great.

OR

Go to your local footy match to congregate with affiliates then sing happy clappy songs so you all feel great.

Basically, religious fundamentalists are cut of the same cloth as soccer hoodlums.

In the end it's all about the resulting brain chemistry. Which I guarantee is identical for both.

 

People have to believe in something. It could be God or science. The atheist believes in his own truth or the truth of science and this is the religion of atheism.
