Casino RRSYS System

I would like to ask if some one try or read about the RRSYS System.
Would like to hear your opinion.

I buy anything that measuring the ball/rotor speed and try to estimate the outcome.
So when there is physics involved i pay money to get my hands on the material.

I try to email Paul and did not get any reply.

So i don't know if this method is based upon pocket count with or with out measuring differential distances using dealers release number or if it just use past pattern results.
Could some one put some light on this subject?
