SCAM REVIEW: RouletteSystem.pro is a SCAM

Staying true to my word to expose every single one of this scammers new sites after he tried scamming me, and following up on my other threads (mods, don't remove this link as I'm linking inside your forum) exposing the roulette scammer Steven George Hourmouzis (aliases 'Steve', 'Stefano', 'Steve Hourmouzis', 'Steven Hourmouzis', 'SteveH', etc.), here is the latest scam and more details on the scam he's running at RouletteSystem.pro (and his network of scam sites).

In short, RouletteSystem.pro is a SCAM run by serial scammer Steven George Hourmouzis.

This Roulette System that costs $2,500 does NOT work at all and you will lose your money and you will NEVER get any kind of refund.

To understand who you are dealing with, let me show you the lengths this scammer goes to in order to cover his tracks. So a little while ago there was a 12-minute video uploaded to Youtube titled 'How to fake having a roulette computer!' that exposed him and his fake roulette systems and roulette computers and roulette devices that don't work and lose you money. What did the scammer Hourmouzis do? He had the video taken down by Youtube so he wouldn't be exposed. Don't just take my word for it, see these two pages and see who had the video removed:

He took it down because the video was true and exposed his roulette systems, computers, and devices for the scam that they are.

See, this scammer doesn't want you to find out he's a scammer because then you won't send him money for his fake roulette systems that don't work such as his newest scam RouletteSystem.pro. So he keeps trying to cover his tracks. Notice how he won't even accept a payment from any provider that would allow you to dispute the payment. He only accepts irreversible payments (bank transfers / wire transfers) so that once he has your money, you have no recourse but to sue, which most victims won't bother doing. More on that later.

This is also why his 'guarantee' on RouletteSystem.pro is completely fake. Look here:

First, notice how each of the 4 requirements of this fake 'Guarantee' can be used against you. You will either be blamed for not having made a 'reasonable effort', or for not having 'correctly applied the system', or for not having 'understood the system' (my personal favourite), or for not having 'sought adequate support'. Either way, you will NEVER get a refund because YOU will ALWAYS be blamed for the failure of this scam system. This scammer will of course NEVER admit his roulette system is a scam and that's why you lost all your gambling money plus the ridiculous $2,500 price for the system.

Then, this scammer lies by saying 'Players usually only lose if they have made clear mistakes.' No, they lose because the RouletteSystem.pro roulette system does not work because it is a scam. Again, he will NEVER admit this.

Next, notice how this scammer then says 'You must have all data saved in the software for us to review, including data for spins you bet on (or tested with), and the data for evaluation of wheels.' He needs this so he can bullshit his way out of giving you any kind of refund by blaming you (the victim) instead of his system (the scam that doesn't work).

Finally, on his purchase page, notice how he uses the dirtiest trick in the used car salesman book: the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). He writes:

See, the scammer wants you to think you will miss out if you don't buy NOW, even though all this scammer wants is to scam more and more players out of $2,500, so of course he will NEVER actually take down this scam site.

Now look VERY CLOSELY at the only payment methods this scammer accepts:

What do all those payments methods have in common? NONE OF THEM CAN BE DISPUTED BY YOU. See, this scammer doesn't directly support PayPal or Credit Credit payments like every normal e-commerce business on the internet because he knows he's running a scam and his victims will immediately dispute the charge once they realise the RouletteSystem.pro roulette system does not work and that they won't get refunded because it's all one big scam. So he ONLY accepts payments from Wire Transfers (1023 9343) and Bitcoin (15w9eePH5p8s7ngYtPYTCmsGHZBL6KWyJV) because those payment methods cannot be disputed whatsoever. No if's, but's, or maybe's. Once you pay with either of those methods, you will never see your money ever again. He tries to fool you and make it seem like he 'does' accept PayPal and Credit Card payments, but if you read closely, you can't actually buy his system with PayPal or Credit Cards, you must first buy Bitcoin, and then use those non-refundable Bitcoin to actually pay for his scam roulette system. And you won't be able to dispute your PayPal or Credit Card payment for the purchase of those Bitcoin because purchasing Bitcoin is completely legitimate since Bitcoin are real and not a scam, and you will receive your Bitcoin from the vendor after paying, so their job was done correctly. It is only when you transfer your Bitcoin to this scammer that you will actually get scammed, and that's the payment you won't be able to dispute since you used Bitcoin (or Wire Transfer).

Now look at his completely fabricated 'lab report':

    https://www.roulettesystem.pro/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/labtest.pdf

Notice how it is heavily redacted and doesn't even say which 'lab' conducted this fake report, yet it's referred to as a 'report regarding official testing'. It's a complete fabrication to give an air of (fake) 'legitimacy' to his scam roulette system to convince you to pay for it using a non-disputable payment method. Of course he doesn't provide which 'lab' conducted this 'official' testing because no legitimate lab did, so he can't provide one and if he made one up, it would be easy to prove either it doesn't exist or (if it does) that they never conducted this test.

The more you look into this scammer, the more you realise he's been running his scam for over 10 years. Google is your friend, so just go through these results to see how long he's been scamming for:

You will find countless results in the searches above. Read through all of them. You will notice something very interesting. Along the years, as this scammer kept being exposed, he kept changing his name. He didn't completely change it, as that would require official and bureaucratic name changes, he just changed how he spelled his first name. Why would someone keep changing the variation of their name? The reason is simple, he kept being exposed with variations of one name that people would know him by and google him by, so when there were enough sites, pages, and posts exposing him with a simple Google search, he would change the variation of his first name, and also of his websites.

This is how he's been varying his name throughout the years every time he gets exposed for the scammer that he is:

Who the hell does that? Not a legitimate business person, but a scammer trying to cover his tracks, that's who.

See, when his home was raided by Australian Federal Police and when he was convicted of scamming investors over 10 years ago, he was reported in the official SEC Litigation Release documents (yes, that SEC) as 'Stephen Hourmouzis'.

Here are the official Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents regarding this scammer using the name 'Stephen Hourmouzis':

So when he first started his roulette scam at GenuineWinner.com with his fake $1,000,000 guarantee (more on that later), he went by 'Stefano Hourmouzis' so that unsuspecting victims that researched him wouldn't find his conviction under 'Stephen Hourmouzis' or the fact that he did jail time for defrauding investors.

When that variation of his name and that site were exposed as the scam that they were, he changed it all again, both his name and the website.

So he changed his name online yet again to 'Steven Hourmouzis' and his website to 'RoulettePhysics.com' and 'RouletteSystem.pro' which is where he runs his current scam.

When StevenHourmouzis.com was launched to expose his latest scam, he changed his name online yet again to 'Steve' and completely stopped using his last name 'Hourmouzis' (you won't find it anywhere on his RoulettePhysics.com or RouletteSystem.pro scam site). He did this so that new unsuspecting visitors to his scam site will only see 'Steve' and won't find out or be able to search through his history of scamming and changing names to cover his long tracks of perpetual scamming. Don't just take my word for it, see him calling himself 'Steve' now (see at the bottom of this page: https://www.roulettesystem.pro/#proof.

...and try finding any mention of his last name 'Hourmouzis' anywhere on his RouletteSystem.pro scam site (hint: you won't find it).

No legitimate business person selling something would have to keep changing their name online and actually drop the use of their last name. Only a scammer trying to cover their tracks to keep luring unsuspecting victims who are unaware of his track record of scamming.

Here is a comprehensive list of the scammer's aliases:

    • Stephen Hourmouzis
    • Stefano Hourmouzis
    • Steven Hourmouzis
    • Steve Hourmouzis
    • Stephen George Hourmouzis
    • Stefano George Hourmouzis
    • Steven George Hourmouzis
    • Steve George Hourmouzis
    • Stephen G. Hourmouzis
    • Stefano G. Hourmouzis
    • Steven G. Hourmouzis
    • Steve G. Hourmouzis
    • George Hourmouzis
    • Steve Anderson
    • SteveH
    • Kylie Tjepkema
    • [email protected]

But he didn't just keep changing names, he also kept changing companies once they got exposed.

Here is his previous registered scam company that he used to run his GenuineWinner.com scam and which he shut down after it was exposed:

    • SITE PROMOTIONS PTY LTD (ACN# 090 739 754 / A.C.N 090739754 / ABN# 20 090 739 754 / A.B.N 20090739754):
Notice of Shut Down of the Company:
Even more ridiculous, when he was running the GenuineWinner.com scam, he had a fake $1,000,000 guarantee.

But he didn't even have the money to cover anywhere near that amount. How do I know? Because he was stupid enough to leave his LinkedIn Profile up where it showed that this supposed 'roulette expert' who was supposedly making a lot of money at the casinos with his systems and supposedly had enough cash to make a $1,000,000 guarantee was actually just a petty sales consultant at a Spa company.

Now he's running different variations of his roulette system and roulette computer scam under different variations of his name and sites. You may be wondering why you won't find much information about RouletteSystem.pro being a scam when there is so much history about Hourmouzis scamming. Well, look how with the RoulettePhysics.com scam he took things one step further and did something very clever to preempt the exposure of his scams

He makes every victim of his RoulettePhysics.com scam sign a Confidentiality Agreement before they realise they've been scammed so that they can't expose him after sending him money.
    RoulettePhysics.com Confidentiality Agreement.

Think about it, he literally has his victims sign over their rights to be able to expose him and his roulette systems, computers, and devices and only accepts payment by bank transfer (wire transfer) which is irreversible. So by the time the victims realise they've been scammed, they have no recourse other than to sue, which most victims won't bother doing (more on that later). So this scammer gets to keep the victims money, and the victims can't even expose him. That's why you won't find as much information on his latest scam at RoulettePhysics.com or RouletteSystem.pro because this scammer is adapting and getting better at covering his tracks.

Here is the current company he is using to scam people on RouletteSystem.pro and RoulettePhysics.com:

    NATURAL LABORATORIES PTY LTD
    ACN: 167750834 (167 750 834)
    ABN: 97167750834 (97 167 750 834)

Suite 192, 585 Little Collins Street, Melbourne Vic 3000.
PO Box 494 Lilydale Victoria 3140
'1/23-27 Wellington Street St Kilda Victoria 3182'

Account name: Natural Laboratories Pty Ltd
Beneficiary address (required): Suite 192, 585 Little Collins Street, Melbourne Vic 3000
    BSB: 063 852 (063852)
    Account Number: 1023 9343 (10239343)
    Swift Code: CTBAAU2S
Bank name: Commonwealth Bank of Australia Bank
    Bank Branch: Mount Evelyn
    Address: 31 Wray Crescent
    State/Province: Victoria
    Postal Code: 3796
    Country: Australia
Do not under any circumstances send any money to the company above.

Again, notice how this scammer only accepts bank transfers (wire transfers) or bitcoin on RouletteSystem.pro site, so that once you've been scammed, you can't do a chargeback or a dispute.

So your only recourse after you've realised you've been scammed is a lawsuit, which most won't bother doing, but one actually did and won.

To fully understand this scammer, you need to understand that he has scammed under numerous names and that he keeps covering his tracks, so you need to know what to look for to get the full picture about this scammer.

Here is a comprehensive list of the sites this scammer runs, most of which are used to promote his scam under the guise of some kind of (fake) 'authority':

    • adsales.ninja
    • freedocumentsecurity.com
    • gamblingadvertising.org
    • genuinewinner.com
    • genuinewinnerroulettesystem.com
    • hybridroulettecomputer.com
    • landsharing.org
    • natlabs.net
    • obxspringtraining.com
    • roulettecomputers.com
    • roulette-computers.com
    • rouletteforum .cc
    • rouletteforum.net
    • roulettephysics.com
    • roulettestrategyreviews.com
    • roulettesystemanalysis.com
    • roulettesystemreviews.com
    • roulettetraining.com
    • roulettewheelanalysis.com
    • roulettewire.com
    • site-promotion.com
    • universalsymbiosis.org
    • vlsroulette.com
    • wirebot.org
    • yourway.org.au
    • reportcasinos.com
    • rouletteplayers.org
    • roulettesystem.pro

Here is more information about this scammer:

Also, read this report about Cyber Crime discussing how the convicted scammer Hourmouzis was raided by the Australian Federal Police:
As you can see from the Cyber Crime report above, the scammer Hourmouzis has a lot of experience hiding his tracks and electronic fingerprints using bogus companies.

To summarise, this scammer keeps changing his name, websites, and companies to cover his tracks and history of scamming. On his latest RouletteSystem.pro scam site, he only accepts bank transfers (wire transfers) and bitcoin that are irreversible and leaves you with have no recourse after you've realised you've been scammed since you won't be able to get your money back. This means you will lose both the money you use to bet with this scam system as well as the money you use to purchase this scam system. A double loss.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ROULETTESYSTEM.PRO IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Because he keeps creating new sites to scam people. Every time he creates a new site, I will be posting about it and exposing it. So this IS new and not the 'same shit' like you said.

If me exposing him is against the rules here, then delete my posts, but something tells me it's not (and it shouldn't be) because all my posts are still up.

So you may consider the exposure of a scammer's new scams to be 'shit', but for those who may be considering parting with their hard-earned money to send it to this scammer and never to see it again, I can assure you that this information is very valuable. I certainly wish I had known about him well before I almost sent thousands of dollars his way.

He tried to scam me and for once in his life, he messed with the wrong guy. I am relentless so I am going to do everything I can to make sure he never tries to scam anyone else no matter how many times he tries to change his name, sites, or scam roulette systems. To think that this scammer just needs to convince 4 suckers a month to pay for this system to be sitting on a 6-figure annual income of $10,000 a month makes my blood boil because I was almost one of those suckers paying for his standard of living.

Part of my drive is fueled by my own stupidity for almost falling for his scam, but you don't get to try to scam me and not face any consequences. If you try to scam me, you will have created a before and after in your life. This is Hourmouzis's 'after'.

Don't put me in together with the rest, I only participate here to expose this scammer. I stopped participating in roulette forums after rouletteforum .cc almost convinced me that Hourmouzis and his scam roulette systems were legitimate, only to find out that he OWNS the entire forum and is manipulating suckers into believing his lies to sell his scam roulette systems. That's when I lost all faith in forums and there is no way I'm putting my trust in this one since no one knows who's behind it and I'm not going to get played again. Heck, even forums with reputable people behind them have sold out to the casino industry, and there's no chance in hell I'm going to trust them. This whole industry has just turned into finding different ways to take advantage of suckers. I'm no sucker, so I won't give them the satisfaction, and those who try to play me like Hourmouzis did will regret it until the day they die.

The word shit was not about the thread itself. It was about your repetive content for all the new threads you make. If you have something new to tell, why not just add it in the thread you once started?

I apologize for disrupting the forum. I'm simply responding to false allegations on the multiple threads permitted by the admin.

The manipulative nonsense about me on this website is from people with ulterior motives. Don't expect them to be honest. I have already responded to the irrelevant and inaccurate claims on my website. You could waste days reading it all, and still not know the truth about what matters most.

Easier ways to verify facts FOR YOURSELF about the relevant matters are below:

    ------------------------------------------------
For the ROULETTE SYSTEM (advantage play methods)
    ------------------------------------------------

    • Read my free course. It better explains "advantage play" and includes various free systems you can test: (link forbidden by admin)

    • Test my software for yourself (full version for 7-days). Validation can't be more direct: (link forbidden by admin)

    • Google "advantage play" and "roulette wheel physics". Also research "casino game protection". What casinos do to protect themselves gives clues about what worries them, and what really works.

    • Call or visit me personally, even if only to better understand me.

    ----------------------------
    For the ROULETTE COMPUTERS
    ----------------------------

    • Test my free roulette computer on any wheel you want. You can test from home on your PC. It's completely free: (link forbidden by admin)

    • See an in-person or live webcam demo on any wheel you want. Do whatever testing you want in a full day: (link forbidden by admin)

    • Attend a free public group demo. I openly address and refute false allegations. Everyone sees for themselves. Register interest to attend: (link forbidden by admin)

    • See independent test results of my computers: I sent a free computer to an independent and unbiased tester chosen by the public. They validated my claims. See their report: (link forbidden by admin)

    • See a recording of a previous public group demo where over +120% edge was demonstrated: (link forbidden by admin)

    • Aim a webcam at any wheel via Skype (including live online casinos), and I'll predict the spins with my computers. We can do this for a whole day on any wheel you want. Request a demo: (link forbidden by admin)

    • Watch numerous secretly recorded videos of real casino sessions from players (with player permission). You even see the roulette computer's software track the wheel location with computer vision technology, and automatically track the ball and green zero, then predict the spins. See details: (link forbidden by admin)

    • Watch LIVE video of a real casino session with our players (requires the player's permission first). See details: (link forbidden by admin)

    • Join my private teams and pay me $0.00 up-front. Pay only based on the performance of the computers: (link forbidden by admin)

Take these simple options, then the false allegations against me count for nothing.

    ------
    NOTES
    ------

    • There's much more information at a website I created specifically to address all nonsense about me and my technology. The admin here wont allow the links or videos mentioned above, so email me via my website for the links.
    • Negative material about me is extremely manipulative. Serious players do proper research like the above - it makes knowing the important facts simple. But if you prefer wasting time with irrelevant trash, understand some of it is blatantly false. And some is an elaborate distortion of the truth. I have already responded to it all in detail. I dont have time to waste re-typing it. Find my responses via Google (my links are censored here). I may not read or respond to further posts here, so please don't ask me questions here.
    • The original member here who attacked me (IHeartRoulette) appeared to be the owner of gamblingforums, discrediting me to promote his competing forum. The admin removed evidence from the threads (censorship). Then he labelled me a "compulsive liar", which is itself a lie. I could post more, but it would only be censored again and I don't have time.

The admin here doesn't allow links to my websites that refute nonsense about me (he's biased). So I wrote more detail on this site here: Steven Hourmouzis (AKA "top bloke")

If you're only interested in whether or not my technology works: Take options like my free trials, and test on any wheel you want. It's very easy to know the truth about what counts. See my website for a list of easy ways to see my technology works. The people attacking me don't mention these options. Also understand some people who attack me are incredibly uneducated, and may actually believe some of what they say. Yet they get even basic things wrong like misunderstanding information on my websites. There are even cases where people have impersonated me to deliberately make false statements. So there's an incredible amount of misinformation published.

If you're interested irrelevant nonsense and personal attacks: You'll need to read my entire website which address the dishonest attacks against me to fully understand the situation. The truth is beneath an elaborate web of manipulative nonsense. So you could waste days verifying everything, and still not know the truth about what matters. You're better off taking options like testing my technology for yourself on any wheel you want.

My websites aren't hard to find. Google "[removed]" or "[removed]". But [removed] to find detailed responses to the rubbish allegations against me.
