Casino Sloto Cash Casino refusing to pay winnings

Hi. I'm sorry if this is not the place to air a grievance but I don't know where to go. I have almost exclusively played slots at Sloto Cash casino. They have twice refused to pay me my winnings. One time it was over $7000 and now $465. They don't give a reason just send me a message that it was denied. I don't know how to get my money but at least I can warn you not to play at Slots Cash. I'm sorry Keno if I took this spot to air this complaint
