Poker Studying Poker

Helpful suggestions appreciated...


I need help figuring out how to study mtt strategy. In the last year I have purchased upswing, masterclass dneg, and RYE Tournament expert class. This was foolish imo because I haven't yet found a successful way for me to study online. Sitting at my computer for hours watching videos is not doing anything for me. The information is clumping together and I am not able to really get at the core of the lessons. Would appreciate suggestions on length of studying versus application of lessons, maybe ways to keep focus better. I do have ADHD, this makes it difficult to solely focus on the video content I am trying to learn from.
