    Second day of Colossus my first big tournament ever!

    I had 8 M, shoved from mid position w pocket Tens got called by Pocket Kings, game over w $730 payout ~# 1200 of 7500

    Q By the seat of my unsophisticated pants : I’m thinking that 8 M would buy

    4 rounds before I’d have to shove w 5M


    In a situation like this could I have waited for AA KK or QQ. By my also unsophisticated math I’m thinking that 4 rounds would give about 50% chance for these premium pairs, while literally hundreds of players are being eliminated

    Any merit in waiting for premium pocket pair down to 5 M?
