At negative true counts, players were often dealt stiff hands. When they stand, alas, the dealer simply won't bust. Shall you switch to two hands in order to "mix the cards flow up"? No!

Playing two hands at negative true counts is foolish because you simply double your negative expected value. There is a better way to "mix up" the flow" if you are still playing at the table. Hitting a hard hand that players normally stand can certainly "mix the flow up".

By math, hitting some stiff hands not only will do you some real good at negative true counts, but may also start to "turn tables on the house" by luck. Based on AceMT for Blackjack and Spanish 21 by Moraine Mono, Moraine compiles "the Naughtiest 8" blackjack deviation indices. (Players using Hi-Lo instead of AceMT for card counting blackjack can multiply the indices shown by 1.625.) Have fun with the Naughtiest 8. Here they come!

At negative true counts, card counters likely are betting only a small amount. The Naughtiest 8 got their name because while you are naughtily playing with your small bet, others may be betting a fortune.;););) Your off-the-book hit at a stiff hand against the dealer's low card may not go unnoticed.:eek::eek:

If the hit results in a table win, not just for you you alone, all will be happy.:cat::cat::cat: If it does not, be ready to hear from FxxX@//?$!:wtf::wtf::wtf:.

    Moraine was an eye-witness:

At a blackjack table full with hot-shot players by appearance except one,
in spite of the dealer’s caution that it was 13 vs. 4, a non-descript player still wanted to hit 13 vs. 4. One hot-shot player threw him a chip for reward (or as an insult?) if he would stand instead.

The player ignored them all, hit and drew a 6. It turned out the dealer had 6 in the hole. If the player hadn't hit, the dealer would have busted on the subsequent 6. But because of the hit, the dealer made 19 after the dealer’s 6 and 3 draws. So non-descript player pushed, but everyone else lost.

FxxX@//?$! #1: "What a FxxXing idiot betting one lousy chip and costed everyone a big stack."

FxxX@//?$! #2: "You FxxXed up the entire shoe, you need to become a team player!"

Seeing everyone else lost, but he escaped it, the non-descript player was overjoyed with the push even though he could have won, thinking only: ~~~ all those assshooles lost ~~~ They deserved it ~~~

The Naughtiest 8 worked, like it or not. They could "FxxX up the entire shoe" for poor losers at the table or "change the cards flow" at a minimal cost as you may desire.
