I remember two instances, one at BetPhoenix and later at Vegas2Web.

(BetPhoenix uses a different Live Games feed nowadays
and Vegas2Web stopped offering Live Games altogether.)

Both respective dealers would spin the ball way too early
and by the time it landed there was still time to place bets.

I never put money on those numbers thinking the bets
would be called off. (They weren't called off to my surprise)

 

And I just realized the dealer spun the wheel in different direction each time LoL....

Yes-a different direction each time with the rotor spinning opposite the ball.
The ball is also supposed to circle the wheel at least once to be a valid spin.

That said, you would be surprised how unprofessional casino dealers can be.
