Hey TG would you say the law of thirds 12 repeats/12 no shows is the most reliable pattern?

from a 36 spin cycle (excluding the zero)
there will always be aprox 12 unhit numbers and they also tell you how many repeaters you can expect in that cycle.
it is never exactly 12/12. but always around this number.
yesterday i had 11 unhit numbers and only 6 repeats. so it is not always that.
Maybe an idea.
why not track until there are 12 numbers out and play those for the remaining 24 spins?
