It's NOT weird. After redietz mentioned this address several times now, I spent a few dollars and looked it up last night. The address redeitz reported is listed in your name...same name, age 74. And it is you because your Arizona cell Phone is associated with it.

This little house, I think it is 2 bedroom 1 bath 700 square feet was last sold in April 2023, so 3 months ago for 64K. Its value is listed at 128k, so that last transaction price was exactly half of the value. If I had to guess that house belonged to someone in your family and was left to several people and one just bought the others half of it. Was it your father-in-laws house or something (maybe some other relative) and they left it to your wife and her sister or something like that and one sold their half to the other? Something like that.

You don't live there though. And I am guessing you tried to hide this and are now denying it because it doesn't fit in with your millionaire, having won millions persona.

You can explain it or not explain it. I don't really care what the situation is. That is your business. And I doubt we would get the truth anyway. But no redietz is not wrong or weird in this instance.

Is Hickory a place in NC? My wife's father died 3 years ago and his home was in the city of Ashville. It wasn't 700 sq.ft. and it sold for over $200k within a week of his death. I had nothing to do with it. Neither did my wife. She got an upper 6-figure check but that came from his retirement accounts. And the only $64k shack I know of is redietz' hillbilly house in Appalachia.

This is why I tell you that those snoop sites have very little correct info in them. They're made for people like you who like to cherry-pick and put together any scenarios you feel good about.

I see nothing wrong with this little property in NC , nor the house that reditez owns in Tennessee. Both seem similar, rancher type small houses. perfect for a single person or even retired couple. Away from everything. A little bit of land. You could sit outside and watch the deer wonder by.

The only reason you are putting thes properties down is because it doesn't fit into your little story of a big winner.

It is the same with my condo. It is a nice condo in a nice building. But you have to go around claiming it is small and all that crap. Of the two bedroom units, it is the middle size. there is a two bedroom 1 bath that is smaller, there is a 2 bedroom two bath that is larger. Ours is 2 bedroom 2 bath and in between those two as far as footage, but is a corner property which is nicer in my opinion. And of course there are bigger units running up to millions of dollars.

You lied about this stuff being from official property and deeds records. You got it all from some crazy realty sites or Whitepages etc. Did you call that number? It isn't mine. I told you, those sites have unconfirmed info put there by who knows why.

I think what redietz tried to say is I left Phx, drove to yet another home of mine in this place called Hickory NC, then drove back to where we are at Tahoe. That's a little much, even for me. I wouldn't be all that surprised if red planted it all, especially after we made fun of his shack.

Either way, if you'd like to buy it just send me a cashier's check for whatever it's going for. I'll put it in my overseas account.

I like Hickory. I even gave Rob a rundown of good restaurants in town.

Here's the deal. The place was listed, when I first mentioned it, as Rob's mailing address. I didn't bother to check whether he actually owned it. He could easily have switched to a PO Box in the last month or two. Now one might wonder why I keep tabs on Rob a bit. Well, last year, he texted me several times anonymously regarding my sports handicapping.

Being an aboveboard sort of guy, I responded to his texts, without even knowing who it was. But one of the lines in hist texts pointed me in the Singer direction as it sounded too Singer-ish and I looked up the origin number, and it was listed to Argentino.

Unlike Rob, who claims that I or people working for me or with me solicited him but he somehow "lost the texts," I still have those texts and my responses.

I would put a glider type of rocker or a nice hammock on the porch. Hickory is a nice place -- very Mayberry. And Asheville, which is actually very progressive politically, is a short drive away. Asheville also has a decent little airport. Allegiant has some bargain flights directly to LV out of Asheville.

The Biltmore estate would be a nice place to visit in that area. And the Southern Conference holds its hoops tournaments in Asheville.

To verify what kewlJ said, I get deer and raccoons in my yard all the time. Owls and woodpeckers. One particular deer eats the shrubbery next to the bedroom window. It's always peering in.

Where did I EVER say that Axelwolf and Maxpen were my AP friends? Maybe me mentioning AP friends, you thought those two but I never said that and they never were. I don't have an issue with either, but both seem to have an issue that I wouldn't meet and hang out with their little AP group. That is just not what I do. And this event shows I made the right call.

Additional as I stated, neither said "boo" after I was doxed and basically had to lay low for a year. It wasn't their responsibility to do anything and help me through that time, but just as a fellow AP in Vegas that knew the situation, they could have offered me work on some small play, since they both do team stuff. Or at very least been more supportive on forums, making it clear that it is never ok for someone to do what Mdawg did. But they did and said nothing. And I guess that is what AP really is....every man for himself. So then why the problem that I don't want to meet and hang out with them?

The real AP friends that I speak about that I guess you presumed were Axel and Max, are people that don't participate at VCT. One did briefly, but it was a while ago. And yes, both frequently tell me, almost beg me not to keep posting at VCT. Of course they are right.
