What does your day of trading look like?

I find that im spending to much time in front of my computer, I try to get up and grab a coffee being ready for trades 7 o´clock GMT+1. Then I will sit in front of my computer more or less for 4-5 hours before im taking a long brake and return 2 o´clock ready for NY.

I´m using almost as much time trading as people do on their full time job.

Would be interested in hearing from others. I have adapted my habbit to trade low timeframes and feel un confident trading the higher timeframe charts.
