Yes trading without high leverage without risking is possible. But it does not actually makes sense. Leverage increases our buying power. We can trade with small capital with the help of leveage. The rule is if you take high leverage then decrease the risk % proportionately. But I think trader should focus on quality trading. And for that learning and skill is very important.
