Sorry, but after having read it, I still don't really know what each number really means.

Regarding strength indexes. Why should each number have a different strength that can be applied in the future if the numbers are from Random.org??? For example, why should number 4 have a different mode than say number 5 or number 9?

If you run enough trials then you'll find that all numbers will eventually end up with the same mode. If they differ then it's because you've run too few trials.

Pretty sure I said the same thing on page 1 but then I gave up lol.
Once you keep adjusting and adjusting - after enough time the obvious happens -
all numbers will show close to the same results.
There's no "magic" number in roulette unfortunately. If it were only that easy.

I did credit both Dr Anyone Anyone and TurboGenius with at least average intelligence
    and a grasp of reality!!!

The results are from a roulette wheel live play from various casino's.

How can the numbers end up in the same mode when the parameters
have shown for thousands of spins that this is not the case. In my
model over 4 years now, some numbers have a more favourable
    parameter than others.

I won't waste any more time answering nonsense questions when
the results I have shown clearly show you are deliberately ignoring
the facts I have produced in this project.

Again, why should a number have a different hitting term than any other number on an RNG in the long term?

I mentioned previously that I did a one off exercise using Random.org integers
(see page 11 post 213) just to see how the results compare with an actual
roulette wheel. It was a limited sample, but started creating a Strength Index.

Anyone can produce a similar result, as long as they stick to the rules of a
maximum of 28 spins or in the case of Random.org, reset after a column
    of 28 numbers.

As you know random numbers and probability associated with the 37 numbers
of a roulette wheel, have been discussed by yourself and others exhaustively,
but limiting random numbers to just 28 spins changes the way probability
    produces its results.

My model is now 4 years old and this project is based on it. If you add the
total number of spins it must be in the region of 60,000 spins. It's not going
    to fail anytime soon.

I know it is difficult for you to comprehend, but if the random numbers are
manipulated in a particular way, you will get a different outcome than you
    would normally expect to get.

So the need to "revise" all the time isn't a failure ?
Once all of the revisions are done over enough spins, all of the numbers will have basically the same stats.
Nevermind - I wasn't going to comment anymore on this lol.

15 is not in the index, so it would not be a betting proposition.

When the Strength Index reaches 60% approximately, 12 numbers will be available
    to place bets.

Do you know of an index that is perfect and does not fluctuate. It should be as good
as any financial, currency index etc especially with an S I of 60%.

What sort of index could you produce that would give a player confidence to place
any bets. I nearly forgot your not going to comment anymore. I will reply for you.
Your systems being sub standard won't support any index lol

    Delectus,

The question is WHY should any number have any different parameter than any other number in the long term if the source is random.org?

I assume you are referring to the one off exercise using Random.org integers
and not spins used throughout this project.

It's a strange fact that random numbers react differently when a limit of 28
spins or Random.org integers are consistently used.

If instead it was 280 spins or integers a totally different result would apply.
Why certain numbers have a more favourable parameter has to do with
the fact of the 28 spins restriction, as all numbers cannot be treated
equally, as would apply in continuous spins. There has to be long sleepers
and the same time each 28 spins must adhere to the probability of a certain
number of digits appearing at every 28 spins. There has of course to be
repeats. The combination that would normally occur in 280 spins cannot
happen because of the restriction of only 28 spins. It therefore produces
the odd effect of 13 with a high rate of hitting within it's parameter.
In 280 spins this would never happen.

I should add that if you think this is impossible do try Random.org. and it
will produce similar result to the exercise I mentioned earlier.

If you think this is all outrageous you would be astounded at the other
project, which I will not disclose, but through a manipulation process
creates certain numbers far in advance of some other numbers.
Currently 18 &24 way in advance of the worst number 7. Again this
has been the case for several years.

I am hoping one day that A I will examine random numbers the way
Alphazero having learned how to play chess in 4 hours is now the best
    player in the world.
