    Hello everyone:) I just noticed an thing called "referrer" in the "Personal details" section. Could anyone explain what is it?

    It means who suggested to you (or invited you) to join here (if anyone).

    In your case - You "amoser" invited "amoset" 3 days after you joined here -
    In "amoset"'s "referrer" section, it would have your name "amoser".
    (Although the "why" of that is probably for another time to figure out as multiple accounts aren't permitted here)
