This post is a long time ago so I can answer with my own opinion. Stupid losing choices come from 2 factors: 1. continue to bet on something not happening, according to personal expectations. 2. The more you lose, the more you bet to recover the loss + desired profit (big bet in unfavorable circumstances). Please add what I am missing.
