Why is that .

 

Look at it this way. I have described very rare events until I was blue in the face. They really exist. 14 years ago on GG I labeled them "Elegant Patterns." I've brought them up a few times. One player somewhere even thinks he saw one once. I have only seen it about 7 times. I killed it each time I saw it too. I described them as perfect sequences, be it pattern, dominance, series, or anything that you could imagine that executes perfectly for more than 30 spins in a row. I also showed everyone what the "Global Effect" was and that it was far more common.

Now days I just ignore searching for them. I find that it's way more rewarding going after the immediate short lived coincidences that are so common that they happen all day long. But I am trained to see an Elegant Pattern or the Global Effect. It's like finding a bag of gold. It's just a waste of time trying to live on them. So all I do now is bet big when I'm in a win streak and bet the smallest allowable when I'm not. I take a small bight out of the casino and wrack up comp points for free rooms and a few meals. I call this very simple method retirement.
