Not that it is any of your business but I got in 8 sessions. I was out the door by 9:30 and returned hom about 3:30. When you made your stupid comment midday, I was on lunchbreak. There is a new (about 15 years old) contraption called a smart phone where you can post while you are out. Perhaps that technology hasn't made it to the Reno homeless community.

You really can’t blame people for ridiculing you at times. You must know that if you got a loan it was because you declared a certain income on your tax returns enough years in a row, and paid tax against that income. Give a bank enough years of tax return verified income and you’ll get a loan based on that stated income. You also really do this to yourself - making yourself look and sound like much less than an expert, to put it kindly - when you start talking out of your element about things like comps, theoretical loss, and what casinos do and do not do. Again, you’re a self admitted green chip player. You even play strictly under the radar and let’s face it have no extensive personal experience with how the comp system works. You’re at risk of constantly being booted from the casinos such that you’re afraid to identify yourself. Just stick to what you know – you don’t know anything about much beyond that and when you try to appear like some kind of expert on these matters where you have no personal experience, it ends badly for you, whether you want to admit it or not.

Moses my sessions are between 2 and 45 minutes. 2 being count immediately tanks, 45 minutes being 3 shoes which is the max I play at one table.

300 hands of blackjack is a challenging day for a short session player. 6 seesions at 3 casinos is 50 hands per session and 100 hands per casino. Based on a 2-week 30 casino rotation. Your words. Not mine.

Playing 5 days per week is 1500 hands. This is one helluva full week of blackjack. Do it 50 weeks a year and that is 75,000 hands annually. A $1 profit per hand is generous to a green chip player. And works out to $75k profit.

A 10% large bet frequency equates to playing several at a tiny advantage. 30 large bets per day and 150 per week.

Not to mention all the time you spend on forums reading, writing, and arguments with anyone who dare disagree with KJ the great. This leaves no time to decompress in a highly volatile endeavor.

I am not late Mr know it all. Late morning, 9, 10, 11 am is the worst possible time for me to play. Most places have not opened new tables for the day. That usually occurs when the noon dealers arrive. So you have only a couple tables open, very few players and too many pit folks for those few players, all which is a bad combination.

Also, much less likely that there is anyone betting bigger than my max bet and that is a situation I try to avoid. It is best not to be the biggest bettor. So the times best for me to play are afternoon, evening or overnight until about 4am when they start closing tables. 4am to noon, the worst. See there you learned something new already today. Your welcome. I might be able to make a blackjak player out of you yet.

 

You could catch some graveyard shifts between 7am and 9am for some one on one play if you werent on your cell phone.

Tables begin to fill in the late afternoon/evening. So even less hands and more shufles in your high variance game.

 

What is this cell phone crap? I made one single post from my cellphone yesterday while I was out. It was less than 2 lines. Most of my posts and certainly all my longer posts are from my computer. Last night I did post from my cell phone while watching TV.

The posts you keep talking about (16) were made yesterday aftenoon after I got home about 4pm.

Heads up play is great. Those are opportunities to make a lot of money quickly. But the circumstances have to be right. Late morning, 10am, getting a heads up game when there are no other players playing and only a couple players in the whole pit, so you have 2 pit critters standing by watching me, is not the situation I want. Now 2pm if there happens to be a blackjack table empty, but plenty of other action going on in the pit to keep pit folks busy, that is the kind of heads up I will jump on.

 

So that means you were out maybe 4 hours yesterday. Probably 3. That includes driving,parking /walk in and out time.You were home to type the diatribe well before 4pm.

A 500 hand day incudes parts of 2 maybe 3 shifts.

A 300 hand day in 8 hours is flat out moving.

 

Nope wrong AGAIN! I left home at 9:30 am. was in a casino playing before 10am. played my last hand around 3:30, returned home just before 4pm I believe. About a 6 hour day. 1/2 hour lunch break at saganaw's deli at Circa. I like the Lori's accross the board breakfast. 2 Pancakes, 2 eggs, bacons, hashbrown, toast....that's a LOT of breakfast, for I think 18 or 19 dollars. (free with points).

The prime time I gave up: I placed my order at the deli. Sat down to wait. It took about 5-7 minutes for order as they are very efficient, so I checked my email and a couple forums. I made a 2 line response and my food arrived as I was finishing. I also texted my brother several times while I was eating. Is that ok with you?
