On, November 1, 2021, this same poster came out and published some information from the documents he claimed he obtained.

Assuming any of this is true, this poster _______ claims that on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, soon after he sought out the documents, that he consulted with you by phone. He further claims that on Friday, November 5, 2021, he met with you personally to discuss this matter. All of this consultation before and after he posted what he claims is data from these illegally obtained documents would seem to make you part of his criminal conspiracy. I don’t have to tell you that if any of this is true, that attorney client privilege would be waived and you would become, if you are helping or guiding this individual pursue or avoid liability for his actions, a part of his possibly criminal conspiracy.

Before I file a State Bar complaint over your aiding this individual, I would like to hear whether you even know ________ or if any of what this individual has posted about consulting with you over this definitely civilly actionable, possibly illegal, action is even true.

If the UNKewl one really has consulted with this attorney, the attorney will know exactly who he is. After all, how many high pitched whiny voiced drama queens can there be, in Vegas, who allegedly consulted with this guy on those dates? I predict that the attorney will come back and say that the UNKewl one never consulted with him over anything, and that he has no idea who this person is. You are now conflating different discussions. The consideration of a complain being filed was several years ago against a casino. I was looking for someone to be the face of that complaint, because I couldn't (without jeopardizing my career). Shackleford expressed interest, but a little too late.
