Don't potheads tell jokes all the time that fall flat? or laugh like hyenas at things you may bet aren't funny? well, that sort of missing the mark and making a point only to yourself describes your posts well!

MrV, your description of MDawg is ass-backwards. He's a degenerate liar and pathological gambler, not the other way around. I have sound reasons for correcting you, at least according to the DSM-5.

See, the cottage industry that is the mental health profession in the US is more interested in assigning diagnostic labels to Gambling rather than Lying. I think it has to do with the ubiquity of questionable advertising in the service of rampant capitalism, which generates a lot of what could/should be called "lying." Thus, lying gets quite a pass. But gambling is a rich manure for all kinds of helpful treatments that cost dollars, so it's more likely to get the word "pathological" assigned to it.

Over at VCT (and at any other forum where they post), REDietz, MrV/MisterV and TablePlay have become, or always were, the most insipid to unintelligible posters ever. Just have to fight ennui even glancing at their posts.

I pity the fools...because, the harder they try to be witty or say something of consequence, the more dull their posts become.

 

Of course at the other end of the spectrum, we have the UNKewl one, whose unreadably long self-serving posts may be summarized as:

RobSinger on the UNKewl one: #1 with this guy is how you can almost SEE & FEEL the puny little twit jumping up and down, screaming like a toddler who just got his baba taken away by a big bad bully. Bonus #2? He posts long-winded, rambling drama-laced "I NEED TO set the record straight or I'll go OUT OF MY MIND!" paragraphs that never seem to satisfy, as he then repeats the same things over and over again.

 

UNKewlJ continues his soft whining over at VCT, by continuing with made up claims about where MDawg has played or not played. The fact of the matter is, I know everything about UNKewlJ, and he's nobody. On the other hand, I know to keep my mouth shut when it suits me as far as any claims he has about me!

The reality is - big wins! come MDawg's way! regularly, and that is all that matters.

 

MickeyCrimm on the UNKewl one: This is not meant as a joke at KJ's expense. There has been quite the change in KJ over the last few years. We all know of his heart problems and his bout with covid. He is bound to have suffered from a lack of oxygen to the brain multiple times, especially with the covid. And that has obviously caused some major mental deterioration as we all have witnessed in his postings. He no longer can remember simple facts and gets confused. I have nothing against KJ but it is hard to ignore the deterioration of his mental faculties.

This is absolutely true, and representative of the fact that UNKewlJ keeps talking about just one of the many casinos at which I play solely because one of the many $25000 winning chips I posted came from that one casino. UNKewlJ acts like that casino represents the sum of my play, and then goes so far as to make up statistics about my play at that one casino, when in reality he has no idea how MDawg does in Vegas, he's just running with some made up information, based on complete nonsense.

Hell, being smarter than the UNKewl one, and knowing when to keep my mouth shut, let's say no more.

If there were any doubt HOW MUCH what all of us say bothers UNKewlJ, he answered himself right here with his VCT post about how he prays for the deaths of those who disagree with him, and has spent YEARS begging forum admins to see things his way.

UNKewlJ on wishing death on anyone who speaks against him: For years I have requested that Dan Druff (and Shackleford) clean up their forums and cease allowing the spread of misinformation, including claims that just can't be because it defies the math and cease allowing the lying about players playing and winning by the math and legitimate advantage play techniques. With the exception of Blackhole, Druff has refused to do so in the name of free speech.

Well now GOD is cleaning up what Dan Druff refused to. Moses. Alan. Next up Singer, Mdawg coach belly. In what order, I will leave to the good lord's judgement.

Hey look, Doggy is suspended from WoV, so he graces us with his presence here.

For what it is worth, I didn't think your "turkey" comment was worthy of a suspension. I thought it was made in humor. But it does magnify the whole problem with WoV. It is not any kind of gambling forum. It is a forum about game playing and the "suspension game" is a big part of that.

Fun fact about Vegas. For me one of the most bitter sweet times of the year is quickly approaching. The National Rodeo Finals (NRF) takes place every year spanning the first two weekends in December. This year because Dec 1 is a Thursday it is slightly earlier than other years, Dec 1-10. That means The cowboys and cowboy crowd will start arriving Monday and Tuesday of next week. If you have never been, head out to the back (west) entrance of UNLV next week. the entrance that is near Virgin hotel casinos (used to be Hard Rock) at Harmon and Swenson. As you enter the college grounds there are intermural fields on the right, used for intermural sports and events and band practice. But during Rodeo week, these fields grow into a little city, with stables housing some 300 horses and the "cowboys" living in the trailers right next to them. It is kind of funny.

Anyway, this period is bitter sweet for me, because it is a big deal so a lot of people come to town. I think the estimate is 100k or more. It probably doesn't effect the higher end casinos you stay in, but many casinos, all of downtown, south point, Sam's town, Silverton, places like that are crowded. And they have extra pits and tables open which is the good part for me. And actually, it is a waste for casinos because these people don't gamble a whole lot (as a group). So it is just good conditions for me. extra tables but not really crowded conditions. Frankly I don't think the rodeo and cowboy crowd is a great fit for Vegas, but I guess they fill some hotel rooms, during what otherwise would be a slow time in Vegas.

So the bitter part for me: I don't know what it is about this particular crowd, but they annoy the hell out of me. Everything they do, talk, walk, eat, is in slow motion. get walking behind a group and it's like "come on people move along". If you happen to be at a blackjack table with a couple they will take 20 minutes deciding whether to take a hit of not. rational or not they just seem to irritate me, very similar to the Nascar crowd. LOL
