Over at WOV when he came in crowing his nonsense I ignored him and made a post about Camembert cheese. Others PM'ed me laughing about how it was obvious that i didn't care about his nonsense. Which I don't.

Even over here, I made one substantive post about how he's lying, and then reverted to the usual quoting of myself and others, which takes but a few seconds. (Versus the HOURS he spends rehashing the same things over and over about MDawg and R.Singer.) And oh yeah, it does bother him. A lot!


Junior psychologist AccountinQuestion continues with the slicing open of the UNKewl one, yes, like a fish! I'm not sure what to think of Singer but at the end of the day he laughs most of this shit off. You can't. That's pretty much the sum of this whole situation between you 2.

A few posts back kew gave us one of his usual whiny lies, this time about MDawg. He said: "Where have I ever stated that MDawg was robbed by a hooker--I said I would have the proof very soon about what he did!"

Yet in a VCT post around the same time, we get this gem: "MDawg had a hooker in his room who robbed him and put the Rolex in her vagina".

Typical Kew MO. He creates a scenario that is either flattering of himself or very unflattering to one of his knowledgeable critics, then further fabricates it even more so he can then claim it as fact. He then begins to believe in his creation and needs to repeat the lie over and over and over again just to be able to sleep at night. And along the way--probably as he's being rammed by his black security guard buddy who undoubtedly also serves as his current sugar daddy--he posts the same concocted stories on every forum he's not yet banned from--while denying any part of his lies that he thinks might make him look stupid.

Red, you and kew, lacking of any facts, continually assert that my view of Kane & Nestor belonging in jail for what they did, assumes I couldn't have played the DU bug for any period of time. And why do you idiots proclaim that? Because of your level of envy. Kew is an abstract failure in profitable blackjack play, and you are a legend in your own mind in sports betting.

It wouldn't be difficult for either of you to go back and see why I said K&N belong in the slammer for what they did--and what I refused to do. They bragged about using winning hands multiple times (which is what got that greedy, undisciplined fool caught by the way) and they also touted using existing winners on machines they sat down at.

Why then should they be incarcerated? BECAUSE THEY COLLECTED BIG PAYOUTS ON HANDS THEY DID NOT GAMBLE TO RECEIVE A HAND PAY OR W2G ON. Using an existing winning hand that required zero money to play constitutes fraud, and using a hand a 2nd & 3rd time that the player originally hit and won is not only stupid--it's fraudulent. These guys cheated where I never chose to. That's what separates us....that, and the fact that I'm highly disciplined, I intelligently structured my play and approach, and I wasn't close to ever being greedy.

Please wise up before making yourselves look foolish.

 

He was on a particularly manic bender yesterday. Usually he tries a little harder to post something that wouldn't be straight actionable for libel but what he posted at WOV as ThisEndUp (screenshot retained) and what Rob quoted below would be enough to put a lien on baby bro's condo, especially after he stated at VCT that baby bro is one of the ones who makes the posts along with his mom. That would be a sad way to drag your whole family into a lawsuit, but he's now done it, assuming I want to waste my time which I don't.

It would be a slam dunk though.

And the extortion element of threatening blackmail would inflame the court further.

MrV on how UNKewlJ might be a liar: I am not secure enough in this opinion to dismiss the possibility of prevarication.

This clown Mdawg, who was stupid enough to pay a prostitute and take her to his room where she drugged and robbed him, is now threatening libel action against an anonymous poster on a message board forum, thisendup, who ever that may be against an anonymous poster of a message board Mdawg. Makes you wonder if this guy is even a real lawyer. But then again, he does have a law degree from an online law school to prove it.

I am not an attorney, so I looked into this very thing years ago, when the late moses started posting all sorts of lies. As part of that looking in process, my regular attorney, referred me to a law firm that specializes in such cases. They advise it is almost impossible to win such a case involving online anonymous personalities. But go for it dude.

You should be more focused on the damage to your professional career when it gets out that you were the perv who hired a prostitute, took her to his suite and got robbed. THAT is far more damaging to you that any internet stuff by anonymous posters.

 

In addition, you doxed a professional advantage player, in layman's terms, we will say professional gambler. Even though anonymous, it would be an easy point to explain to a court why a professional "gambler" need be anonymous, so the usual anonymous factor could be worked around. The second thing that must be present is damages. To be honest I though the damages would be greater to me, and that I might pursue that when this year was complete. But since I have done better than expected, with the help of others in the AP community as well as completely adjusting my play, my damages are in a range that it would cost almost as much to pursue, not to mention the loss of anonymity, so you got lucky. Just not worth it to me.

But by all means, I urge you to pursue whatever legal remedy you think you need to pursue against an anonymous poster, ThisEndUp, whoever that may be. It would be hilarious because details of this prostitute drugging situation would come out in court.
