Fisk, I think highly of you and think you are a good guy, so I don't say this to demean you, but based on a number of issues, it doesn't appear that Mike values the opinions of you or Mission or even Babs very much. It very much seems like he decides everything without much consideration for his moderators opinions. It almost seems like you guys are a token, puppet like gesture to make it seem less the one man, crazy man, dictatorship that it really is.

I know it's kind of insulting for me to say "no offense intended" after that critique, but I sincerely mean no offense. Just calling it the way I see it.

well your question, the way it was worded cannot be answered truthfully yes or no......so I will ignore it or mock it. But wont attempt to answer it.

 

I am curious. Not having anything to do with that fucked up thread on wov. But it brings up the question.....over the years, is there a process in place where a mod is welcomed to give input on how they perceive things are going,or how to make a better site based on the visuals they see during their duties.
Is there or was there an open door policy to report or give opinions.
I guess anyone can PM anyone else.....but is/was there a periodic "what do you think" debriefing of mods who might have pent up ideas that accumulate over time.

 

So what kind of hold does manBoy have over you guys? From an outside prospective and as KewlJ stated above, he doesn't give a fuck what any of the mods think, be it fat or blond issues, he doesn't give a shit. He disparages women, even though BBB is supposedly female, didn't he think for one minute that his most devoted mod might feel guilty about a weight loss challenge, did he fuck, he supported and ran with it with it, while having no regard for anybody but himself. It's not like any of you's are well paid, you must owe him something, is your loyalty blind?
