I pulled up various numbers from multiple sources, and it looks as if black median household income has increased slightly during Obama's presidency. The number of blacks in poverty is either the same or has fallen a tad. If you consider the effects of Obama's policies to have kicked in about two years after he took office, which seems reasonable, then poverty rates have definitely fallen. So unless definitions of poverty have changed, which is possible, then blacks are better off than previously.

So why the numberless, source-less opining? Maybe because numbers don't support what you're saying.
