of course. The dems want more immigants to flood in because they are usually poor, and pay little taxes, or no taxes.....while they can count on their vote as they fill up this country more and more.
And the Republicans are called racists if they want to do something about it.
So we end up with more and more poor immigrants both legal and illegal.....taxing out schools and hospitals....while the middle class struggles to pay for it. The poor dont pay for it. And the rich can easily absorb the cost.

Its the middle class that gets hit the hardest.

The white middle class didnt elect trump into office because of his views about women. They elected him despite that. They elected him as they voted their wallet. They dont care about his manners or what he thinks. They care about his ability to produce change in a system thats fucking the middle class.

Who is hurt more by obamacare, the increased copays and deductibles???,,,the middle class. The poor dont pay for healthcare, and the rich can absorb the increased cost. After being promised that healthcare costs would go down...they see they were lied to...so they threw the offending lying party out. It had nothing to do with people agreeing on trumps views on women.

I just think it's very weird, and absurdly optimistic, to think that a billionaire who spent 50 years shafting the middle class is now going to be the champion of the middle class based on what he's said for 18 months. How does one arrive at that conclusion? Has anyone read what Trump promised in Atlantic City and what he delivered? Have you been to Atlantic City lately? Has anybody looked at Trump's 3500 lawsuits, half of which were against working class subcontractors?

Yeah, everybody wants to believe Trump suddenly got religion. What is this absurd optimism based upon?

LarryS, you're not Jewish by any chance, are you?

I have a high tolerance for cognitive dissonance myself. But I'm wondering, off the top of my head, how Jewish Trump voters will deal with Bannon as Trump's top aide. When the Anti-Defamation League gets all wound up, what should one, as a practicing Jew, do? When Jews protest on the streets of Manhattan, should one protest with them or form a counter-protest against them?

So many tough questions, if you're a Jew. Glad I'm German and like to ogle women.

Hillary charges $250,000 for a short speech, yet liberals are fucking stupid enough to believe she is a champion for the middle class.

If I was a liberal, I'd kill myself.

GO TRUMP. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN BABY!

yes all that is true. Yet he seemed to be a better choice that Hillary. She was viewed as corrupt in securing her nomination over Sanders. There were plenty of emails toprove the system was rigged in her favor. While TRUMP won fair and square with a much smaller warchest.
She was viewed as a liar in her email scandal. She was viewed as incompetent during the Benghazi slaughter...and also a liar as she blamed it on some "movie" that erupted a riot. She had the past whitewater investigation, and fresh clinton foundation pay for play issues. She in the past bashed the woman who accused her husband of rape....and bashed the women who accused her husband of adultery while in various offices.
She herself used a racist term super predator for which she apologized. She categorized 50 percentof trump supporters as a basket of deplorables .
She came across as pompous and out of touch with middle america. She ran a TV campaign continually harping on what a bafoon trump was rather than concentrating on her message which only mobilized trump supporters, and made her people feel that the election was in the bag...no need to vote. She was a member of the party whose president lied to the public about obamacare in order to push it though..and it cost people in the pocketbook dearly.

She did all the above......and you wonder why anyone else with a pulse won? Its obvious

ABC......ANYONE BUT CLINTON.......thats what got trump elected

    everyone read the above.
He actually thinks being German, excludes one from being jewish.

No old boy... there are plenty of germans that are jewish.

Hitler didnt do the great job that you give him credit for....he didnt get every single one.

Did you ever learn the difference between nationality and religion?

I am of German/Polish parental nationality.....and am Jewish as a religion.

    So you are German....congratulation.

you make no point in the comparison you present.

Trumps daughter is Jewish, his son -in -law is Jewish, and his grandchildren from his daughter are jewish. I am not worried on how trump will treat jews. I CARE MORE HOW HE WILL TREAT AMERICANS......and AMERICA.

Fuck the other countries...especially the ones rich enough to pay their own freight for our services.

now remember......I am German.............just like you

LarryS, let's get you on record. Do you or do you not think the ADL is wrong to demand Trump withdraw Stephen Bannon's name as top advisor? Inquiring minds want to know.

I support Trumps ability to surroundhimself with people who can turn things around. He has done it in business.

I do not delude myself into thinking that past high ranking politicians and their appointees loved jews, blacks, gays.
We know from tapes that Nixon was an antisemite. But he didnt let israel twist in the wind. He didnt propose legislation to take the vote from jews, or a seperate jew tax. Really, what can a president do. Lyndon Johnson a dem good [removed, pay to advertise] boy in Texas.....you think he welcomed blacks to move into his neighborhood or the neighborhood of his friends? Give me a break.....politicians are as racist and or bigoted as the next guy. Always has been going way way back.

So let him surround himself with the best people to getthe job done that he was elected to do.

I have work for and with antisemites in my life....and I survived just fine. I have lived through antisemitic presidents and local politicians....and I am doing very well.

Let him form his staff without throwing political correctness at him. He wants to drain the swamp.....so let him.

I will complain about his lack of performance if that should occur. For me it comes down to results...not how good he looks getting the results

If an antisemite can help get good results for this country....well I wont complain....

All boats rise with the tide.

When you talk white evangelicals you are talking grass roots. Multi-thousands of small Churches with congregations that are working class. The preachers in these churches have seen first hand what the policies of our leaders have done to them. The advice the preachers gave them was don't vote for the personalities, vote for the policies. That's how Trump got through.

Hey liberals. You are not going to like his cabinet. You will have your own set of facts that make up your favorite bullshit. And that's your bullshit. What I think will look like my bullshit to you. I'm never going to influence you. You will try to carry water for your idols and make your arguments make enough sense that it somehow pleases you. But the truth is we just went through 8 years of a deplorable president. Now it's your turn. That's all this can look like to you. So kick out the free loaders that are uninvited, drain the swamp, change the tax code, shit can the departments of education and EPA, stop feeding the climate change hoax, build the wall, put America back to work. etc...

Obama will go down in history as being a decent President, certainly better than Bush light.

The last two effective Presidents were Clinton and Reagan.

    Trump?

All bullshit so far: is there any cattle to go with his hat?

He could do alright, if he keeps his ego in check, surrounds himself with competent people, and works toward fulfilling some campaign promises.

But no, I don't see a huge wall being built, nor Mexico paying for it.

I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere along the line he breaks close ties with the RNC and pursues a more independent agenda; heck, he used to favor abortion.

What policies Mickey? Bringing back the factory jobs and putting people back to work? I get that there are people in these Midwest, rustbelt states in factory towns that have struggled for a decade since they lost their factory job. Probably working 2-3 low paying jobs to make ends meet. That sucks! I get their frustration. But the fact is those jobs are never coming back. Even if Donald Trump could entice with tax breaks, some company, whether the same that left several years ago, or a different company to return to some of these towns and open a factory, the way a factory operates have changed dramatically in the last 10 years. The factory that made 'widgets' and employed 300 workers on two shifts, 10 years, would now employ about 30 people and those jobs would not even be the traditional factory type jobs, but rather tech type jobs keeping the software and computers that run the automation going. The notion of hundreds of blue collar workers walking through the gates of a factory with lunchpail in hand is just not reality today.

But regardless of that, what I still don't understand and maybe you can help me with is why these people have accepted Donald Trump as their champion? For the last year Donald trump has talked about what he would do to help the blue collar working type, but he has spent 45 years of his adult life, doing just the opposite. Donald never cared about working people. He spent his life squashing the little guy, the working man to build his fortune. 3500 lawsuits against Trump and his companies, many of them from working people and small businesses that he stiffed, to make a buck.

Remember the campaign ad with the clip of Trump on David Lettermen a few years ago (link below) where Letterman goes over the various Trump products, ties and shirts and reads the labels of where they were made....China and Bangladesh. Given the choice of making his products here in the USA, putting these very folks back to work, or overseas where he can cash in on cheap labor, he took the bigger payday....the very same thing these factories did. So just explain to me how Donald is the hero to these working people? He has a lifetime of squashing the little guy, the working man and now for the last year he has sold them that he is their savior. There is some kind of old proverb that says something to the effect of don't pay attention to what a man says, pay attention to what he has done.

At Trumps beloved Mar-a-Lago Golf Resort in Florida, he employs many foreign workers. To do so legally, he must apply for a temporary visa from The Department of Labor. Trump has applied for 1100 such temporary visa in recent years so that he can pay non US citizens less wages. He wants to keep non US labor out of the country...except of course when he can make a buck off of it.

    Make America Great again?

And Gismo, you can save your breath. I have blocked you, so I won't have to read your incoherent babbling. Just sit there in the corner babbling to yourself in your soiled diaper, like the irrelevant nut job that you are.

It's good that unKoolJay doesn't see this. Why would anyone throw away money that the government has made lawful to be saved? Trump doesn't play those symbolism over substance lying games that politicians do. He already just proved that playing those games is not necessary. So he's a hypocrite that plays by the existing laws and makes himself money. It's the laws that make people compete the way they do. He wants to change those laws that Washington DC has handed down.

MrV, Other than the Republicans taking over the House during the second Clinton Presidency, what great thing has Clinton Effectively done? After four tries by Congress, Clinton signed the changes to welfare ending it as a life long choice to live. It was the Congress that wrote that law and Clinton signed it and claimed it. The Dot Com bubble and the Tax cuts from the Congress was the only thing that balanced the budget. Once again it was the Congress that did it and the booming economy that Clinton has always taken credit for. So what made him so great. He had already been exposed for his Pay-To-Play insider deal making. All Clinton did was raise taxes and deregulate over the counter derivatives. He and his surrogates caused the destruction of the housing market that occurred by letting Wall Street cheat and by handing out sub-prime loans like it was candy. To bad people are led to believe it was the banks. The banks were threatened by Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and Janet Reno to make the loans or be prosecuted. After it all came crashing down they made the American people pay for what they had done. To this day most people think it was the banks and not the liberals that ran the scheme. Funny how insiders play the game. The housing scheme was started by Jimmy Carter back around 76. He's a libTard too.

You should have stopped there. I understand what you are saying, the same story is being repeated in the media, people are sick of capitalism, false promises and the under-trodden being walked over. As it's been pointed out already, Sanders was your man, he laid it out clearly, the richer getting richer, owning more and more of the country's wealth while the poor get poorer. Alas he wasn't the candidate.

Yep, the lesser of the two evils, a protest vote, Clinton wasn't the answer, let's see what the next fours years bring. Hey gizmo may be able to get out and about cleaning pools for a few bucks rather than selling roulette scams.

This has already been done, when the fuck was ameriKa great? Try engage your intelligence beyond BBB sexual activities beyond a minute and enlighten us all. Alternatively stick with your ad nauseam 10 year old mantra's, they suit you better.

What a brilliant idea, I have also done the same.

The KKK and American Nazi Party Are Thrilled About Steve Bannon. Will you learn how to goose-step if a push comes to the shove, telling your kids not to reveal their true religion and for the sake of ameriKKKa Larry? I knew one or two that did exactly that in Britain during the 60's ~ 80's, such was the paranoia less than 20yrs after the end of the second world war, the good old day huh.
