thank you great write up, i fully understand, and yeah it will be a grind, but i will attempt with above shoe and the two following shoes as played in casino//

what was your old forum? is it on the waybackmachine? i find old sites on there a lot

one thing that isnt clear is you state dont add greater then three, yet on your worst case example its 4,5,6 and 7s

if you dont add greater than 3 do you just keep on adding strings below your 33333s?

Initial counts showing that I run into the 34 level 1 time every 1.4 shoes and the 55 1 time every 4.2 shoes.

First was called [removed], public and private, I have a copy of that board. The better via invitation only was BaccaratChat, info was lost

Sorry I don't increment into the string, figures greater than 3. I initially increment into the string to keep down the win ratio down, so I bet 2u, lose, change existing 2's or 3's to 4's and 5's, somewhere down the line, I might bet both ends of the Labby, 3 + 3, so I have to write 6.

MM is all about options, as it should be, none of this after xx loses this is how much you bet, which every single progression dating back to the 15th century tells you to do (aka the Fibonacci, which was invented in order to count rabbits for the King at the time). You bet what you want to and maintain an update, lost 4 bets in a row? Back off and bet 1u, loss the bet, write a '1' as the start of a new string, win the bet, reduce the biggest number by 1.

If you're not flexible, then bet amounts against losing runs will lead you off the cliff..

That is extremely poor, you may have to revisit your bet selection, you shouldn't be losing 8 bets in a row every 1.4 shoes. You don't mention if you are apply a pre-stack?

No pre-stack, adjustments or resets. But it is also working through the shoes with a baseline approach that can be missing some very big formations outside of the Big Road.

Overall and every way I look at it, it's racking up a lot of points.

I have no issue with JK string method. But one problem I think many of us suffer from is not being able to capitalize on WIAR. Too many times we end up simply flat betting during win cycles.

Therefore it is my style to reduce bet after a win to lock up profit and increase after a win as most due anyway BUT...rather than restart to base bet after x losses freeze to a generally higher unit to anticipate future wins.

Now I get that JK string does this to a certain extent in an attempt to reduce escalation. But not as robust as I'd like to see. So maybe I'd prefer going to the 2 unit with the string instead of 1 unit.

That is why I am using positive and negative progression. I have not found an advantage on a reset after positive progression is broken.

34 level is hitting on 38 percent of shoes and 55 level hitting on 19 percent of shoes.

Yes this is true, but at the same time you don't know when a bunch of WIAR is going to come.

Yep, I always drop back after any winning bet amount to lock in the previous win.

Strings consisting of 3-3-3-3-3, first bet could be 2u or 3u, depends how I feel, were I am at in the game. Those string's of 3's are just a guide of what I need to do.

If I bet 2u and win, then 2 x 3's are crossed off and replaced by 2 x 2's ;) Next bet will be 2u.

If I decided to bet 3u, cross off a 3, next bet 2u.

As my game approach is based entirely to win within a series of bets, no matter if I'm losing heavily the first bet still has to be low, as there are 3 more bets to make should that one not come in, which will need to be higher.

What folk have to realise, this "String Method" is a concept. There are no hard rules, do this or do that. Some players do it with their chip stack, but can't withstand xx losses in a row, they go bust. I could clone myself seven times, occupy every box, each one of me, would do it differently.

All you need is to understand what I'm trying to do, that is withstanding losses in a row, the bane of most progressions, certainly those I have used and read about. I'm not bothered about maximising my profit, I'd rather protect my bankroll and hit my goal no matter how long it takes.

Practise at home, then you will learn at the tables, no substitute for Real World experience. Nobody can emulate me, because simply they aren't me, you have to find your own path. YOU decide what evasive action you are going to take to stop bets escalating and protect your bankroll. I like to think I have a fairly tight BS option(s) which shouldn't fail often in many shoes, which helps.

Here's the thing. One has to look at what their goal is as well as their intention. What is YOUR personality geared for. Simply put I buy in for 20 units. 20 units is the most I will lose in the worst scenario. This is when I am in the win at all cost mode. I will win 3 to 5 units and head out. If it was a hard gained 3 and I don't feel good about it I'm gone. If 3 was easy then its on to 5. Once in a while if I really feel it I may go for 7 to 10 units. I'm this way because I have seen to much crap go down at the tables. If you think it can't happen it does. If it is for entertainment I can see using the fibo. I have. I can see using the positive up 1-2-4 or any of the other stuff, and yes I can see making a crap ton of units. BUT I want to win. For me that has to be this controlled way of playing. What I think some aren't getting. And he can correct me if I'm wrong. JK may be playing the fibo but always, always, has his eye on the downside. He also is prepared for a WORST SCENARIO and a slow recoup is necessary hence the labby. He is geared to win period. AND it fits his personality and way of thinking. IF you have the bankroll and can wrap your head around it go for it. BUT if you think you have to bet bigger and bigger to win, make sure you know your downside.

LOL, they told me they would be putting in a flip-top table, which they didn't. Couldn't compete with competition from a rival establishment and their super egalite bonus.

    True.

Tell me about it, I'll post over in the B&M shoe thread something that had me fuming to the hilt last night

Yep, which is why I try avoid the Fibo nowadays. Rather than perform massive 100's of units recoveries as in decades gone by, now I perform mini ones.

:) Wish I could pull it off all the time.

What is it with Sunday gambling?

Was doing ok first off, then got rinsed, so once again the recovery starts, more my fault for not taking evasive action.

Dropping 600 base units in the process, straight into over-drive for what was probably 15 hr session, no issue with that, not like I have to get home.

What an abortion, state of those strings, no time to be methodological, just write the loss anywhere.

This came about due to not winning a lot of first and second placed bets.

    2.jpg

Crazy fuckin' shoes, like 11 chops - 6 player streak followed by exactly another 11 chops, how the hell is it possible to shuffle shit like that?

Three shoes later, not much better. Try and Labby your ass out out that mess!!!!

    1.jpg
Fret not, I wasn't really bothered. I can always transfer that mess to the right if needed. It is the higher level progressions I need to reduce, those on the right hand side, I had pulled those down from 40 to 2 via 8 lines of 5 x 1's. Then when at 2 outstanding dropped the value by 50% and wrote out 1-1-1-1 just to be safe, further dropping the chip value by another 50% to ease the mental pressure. The lower the value, the harder you can attack the strings. You would think with a 300 higher level unit BR at play, it would be real easy to win a miserly 7 chips? Like fuck I could, having played for so long, zero patience when I couldn't win my first placed bet.

One shoe hit me with 11 losses in a row after applying a tweak for a column failure WTF.

Anyway at this stage I was actually ahead for the session, so at the end of shoe, I abandoned all those strings and simply created new ones for the start of the next shoe, enough to get me over the line to my goal target.

In the end I couldn't make due to fatigue, started to seriously question why am I doing this, to prove that I can? My sensible head finally kicked in and my inner was saying, "be professional, don't fuck this up, I'm better than this". Wanted 300 base units from the Friday, had to settle for 250u

Worst intra - shoe drawdown testing Fibonacci negative progression is - 61 and that shoe ended as a win. Most every shoe is making big chips and very scare.

Not sure what the trash talking about the casinos posse looks at but maybe if I literally throw money out train window with the bruh Liam on the watch as I head out from The Town I can break -100. Then maybe one day I can be a King Pin of the casino too and do whatever I want.

When I first start to buck up against the baccarats for a full times gig I used a modify version of the midas labby style what I read about in the book Winners Edge by the Bruce Irwin. I done ok, but tryin to keep the bet low and manage string drove me nuts so I switched to star/parlay/double wins style and that suit me much better, hey hey.

never gonna happen, guaranteed period. BTW I did say "base units", I wasn't actually betting "base units.

    Sounds about right.

Just to come back to my previous game, using random betting and divisor. I am doing good right now, from 20eur to 300eur. But using only 1 euro bet and divisor target 4 by wining just 5 units per shoe. (Stop win +5 stop-loss end of the shoe)
One more time thank you Eugene, lets rock this time to the moon! Target around 10,000 units before the 1st of October.

Most common discussion of units defines 1 unit as the baseline position.

    Flat Bet Strategy: 1 unit = $100
Progression Strategy: Ranging from 1 unit to 20 units = $100 to $2,000.

    So yes, you could say:

    Flat Bet Strategy: 10 units = $1,000
Progression Strategy: Ranging from 1 unit to 20 units = $100 to $2,000.

If you say a base unit is X and you are +/ - 300X then that is different from saying
base unit is X, my minimum bet is 10X or 25X or 50X and you are +/ - 300X.

Brunson FX stated he is a King Pin in the Casino and he can do whatever he wants so we can too.

For now going to cap negative progression pretty low at around 8 or less, but anyone else testing full Fibonacci Negative Progression with no resets or caps on the progression? Still seeing it crank up big chips and very scare with decent contained risk.

Gee Mr. Junket King. How are you getting along with your progressions? I am very interested to know. Well, I better be running along because my mother is expecting me to clean my room and finish my homework before dinner. Say hi to the Beaver Bruh and the Wally Cleaver Bruh for me. Thanks a million!

    2qoaj1.jpg

But on a serious note. This is one of the most important thread in this joint and surprised so few are commenting on it. Thanks Junket King and off to do more field investigations on such polite inquisitive folks.
