First of all Ozzy is about the last person you should be quoting. Ozzy Nelson is backing a dead horse in this Rob Singer. Ozzy's horse just dropped dead on the backstretch.

But more importantly, I have offered you an olive branch, not once but twice in the past two days. Not only did you not accept, but you didn't even show the courtesy of a response. You and I have more than made our feeling known about the other and their gambling. Actually, we both did that long ago.

Anything further is just trolling. Is that where we are heading? A 10, 15 year trolling feud the likes of a Rob Singer? I really don't see the point. If that is your desire, you are going to have to fight that war without me, essentially fight a war that no one else is fighting or cares about. So I hope you will reconsider. If not good luck with your ongoing war against nobody.

That's because he's "under the radar." And I have a bridge for sale. Apparently counting cards is allowed if the counter is not a threat to the casino. Hmmm....are we on to something here? And what's with always dropping names? Nersesian, Justin Mills, Grosjean etc? Does that give one credibility? Anyone can find these names.

Here's a kewlj post from 2013: "I did have one "tense" back off about 6 or 7 years in Vegas prior to relocating here. Two security guys and a guy in a suit came up behind me and told me to come with them. Just as we turned into a little hallway I said I wanted to call my attorney and threw out the name of Vegas attorney Bob Nersesian." Kewlj then claimed they immediately let him go.

So that was...what...2006 or 2007? Some 17 years ago? That would put him at around 23 or so? May, 2013 Kewlj: I recently turned 30." Let's get back to that fascinating "under the radar"....still in May of 2013...Last year I won a car, $2000 in gasoline, several thousand in free play and $7500 in a football contest." So much for under the radar.

Now about that bridge I have for sale...

Hey, happy day to you Freddy. Always good to see you still cooking.

We can debate whether sharing everything I have over the years was a good idea. Hell I will even end any debate before it starts. It probably wasn't.

But one thing you won't see Freddy is anything change like Singer or even MDawg do. Everything is remarkable consisistant with me because nothing really to remember except the truth. Easy peasy.

It is in fact absurdly hypocritical for UNKewl to claim that most everything he posts online is not hypocritically contradictory.
The contradictions continue with this latest hoax claim of having been battered at a casino, including the ever changing story of how his attorney allegedly recovered the video from the casino, and about how his attorney suggested that litigating the action would necessarily involve getting the media involved.

DanDruff on the UnKewlJ's lying ways: kewlJ has a history of hoaxes.

40 years old, still pretending to know something about Vegas and not actually playing much is no way to be.

I know it bothers you to no end that others like MDawg are actually playing and winning, but that's no reason to spend every waking hour thinking about MDawg.

You're still pretending that you've got Nersesian on speed dial too, when he has made it clear that you're the nutcase who is running around the 'net pretending to be buddy buddy with him. You may have his number on speed dial that you lifted off the internet but if you call him all you'll get is a reprimand for wasting his time.

I'm on the road in an hour and won't be posting anywhere until late May. For a good laugh check out VCT, where kew keeps saying in every post that he's not gonna say any more about his attention-grabbing concocted SP story.

If you enjoy giggling, all it takes is a post questioning his truthfulness or telling him how no one believes him unless he can put up a police report he claims to have filed, but no one can find and the FBI says doesn't exist.

One can only imagine why he's on a pretend trip.(wink wink)

You'll notice that over in that thread UNKewlJ granted permission for me to post his personal identifying information same as he did for R.Singer over at VCT but when I did, he whined to Admin to get it redacted.

How about THAT for establishing that he doesn't mind having his personal identifying information out there, that he is demanding that people post it!

in case he was planning to use that angle on his fictionalized lawsuit for alleged damages.

Meantime, he says that he has been whining to the Wizard pleading with Wizard to get me to not contact Nersesian. But, I never have and do not plan to contact Nersesian - others already have and have determined that Nersesian doesn't know UnKewlJ and views him as an irritant and nutcase who is running around the 'net claiming falsely to be a client of and buddy buddy with Nersesian.

Meantime, UNKewlJ continues to destroy any chances he might have in his fictionalized backrooming lawsuit by posting about how any alleged injuries he sustained are not going to deter him from traveling cross country and continuing with his supposed blackjack card counting business. That's right, let's sign up for a lawsuit and then post publicly that whatever happened to me is not slowing me down in any way personal or business wise. How stupid can you get? :banghead:

Then again, how can you blow your chances on a fictionalized lawsuit anyway? :wacky:

Nothing wrong with him doing that, it will not affect his personal injury claim that I can see, assuming he is honest about how the injury may or may not impact his ability to play.

I don't play BJ but unless the injury prevents his hands from holding cards there should be no impairment.

Gee, you must have missed the key component of the possible wage loss claim advanced by this card counter: not that "I can't hold the cards;' rather it is "With the improper backrooming my ID got into OSN and now I find heat all over and cannot ply my craft as successfully as I once did."

It is too early to see if that scenario will develop.

Right, and then right after deciding that he wants to proceed with a lawsuit he posts all over the internet he is fine with having people post his personal identifying information, and reiterates that he was already placed into the database at least once, and reiterates that he posted his first name and address himself online a year or so ago.

Plus the fact that if he is able to continue on his merry way with playing blackjack then whatever happened that day didn't affect him much, did it? Duh.

If you understand the matter, you then understand that the casino has a right to try to identify card counters and do whatever they like with that information. If UNKewlJ has a case at all it involves a false imprisonment with an injury added to it. His being asked to identify himself by itself would not have been actionable whatsoever. Seriously, the way you understand this matter and the way it really is are quite far apart. Either it's been too long or you never did much if any of this type of work.

Juries can't always understand subtleties. It would hard for a jury to buy the argument that "it's okay for a casino to identify me but because they took me to a back room they got my identity without my handing it over voluntarily," versus the more simple: "they had no right to detain me in the first place and broke my arm." All it really takes anyway to justify a detention is a claim that they thought he was cheating and needed to detain him to determine whether he had any devices on him, was in collusion with the dealer, etc. You need to think more like a casino.

I am with DanDruff that there are key elements of this story that are being withheld, assuming there is any truth to it at all (AccountInQuestion continues to state that his contact at South Point has reiterated that no such incident has happened there).

As well, if UNKewlJ's getting a broken arm didn't matter, it certainly doesn't matter as much as it could have in that it hasn't slowed him down at all and he's yapping about how he's going to try to take down some more casinos during a month long road trip.

Any lawyer who becomes aware of how UNKewlJ has been shooting his mouth off about all this in public, leaving behind all these posts, would tell him to stifle himself. Even UNKewlJ himself with his limited intelligence (but big mouth) has realized this and asked DanDruff to make the thread where he posted all this at VCT please disappear.

This also explains why he doesn't know much about Strip traffic - his apartment faces East, and when he drives anywhere at all, it is just - also East - to Dotty's.

I spent half a day at South Point this last trip. South Point is where I last saw Sheena Easton perform a few years back. South Point often hosts equestrian events.

They have old school separate race and sports books. An excellent buffet, where I parked myself while waiting for forum denizens to show up and quiz me regarding EV and other sports betting questions. I tend to agree with the LVA and rate the breakfast buffet the best of its kind value-wise in Las Vegas. The wait staff in the buffet area was helpful while I camped for almost two hours. I tipped one gentleman a sawbuck and he kept me in coffee.

The video poker at South Point is good (but still not really positive EV, of course). I haven't been in the steak house recently, but people report that it's fine. One thing they have done a fine job design-wise is with the various bar layouts. They have managed to make each bar area appear high end while having its own look.

Various sports betting radio shows originate from South Point on VSIN. Jimmy Vaccaro, the sports book manager, is arguably THE remaining iconic sports book guy in Las Vegas.

You got quizzed on the VCT forum. So you traveled all the way to Las Vegas to answer those questions? Instead of just sitting down to your computer at home and answering them. That is pretty dumb.

Well, I guess you did have your client's money to bet. How is life as a runner? Did you get your employer's money down on the futures bets?

But waiting for people to show so you could answer questions? Hahahahahahahahhaha!I put the over/under at zero on that one.

Ditz, how long do you figure you handicrappers have before artificial intelligence puts you out of business for good?

Well, I'm always interested in fielding questions in person that I don't know are coming, and I'm good with guerilla filming for which I'm not particularly prepped. That's the test of whether you know what you're talking about and can intellectually handle yourself.

Plus I'm always interested in meeting people who may think they know what they're doing from behind a keyboard but are then put in face-to-face scenarios.

I also had to survey and pin down the schedule for when I return in July (at the latest) with my friend working under George Anastasia on the IHeartradio contract for The Gangster Chronicles. I need to make his stay as efficient and informative as possible. I'm planning on trying to set up a quick meet-and-greet with some folks at South Point, so that tied into the schedule.

Overall this trip enabled me to get preliminary numbers and pin some things down so I have more time next outing. The amount of work needed to do a season's worth of shows is daunting.

I think of myself more as a jogger than a runner these days. My late friend, Ken Sausser, always reminded the rest of us on the cross-country team that anything slower than seven minutes a mile is jogging. He was using some military definition that's probably a good one.

I came up with the AI answer a few years ago. The answer is pretty soon, but it requires AI to do something it presently doesn't do. You won't get what that something is, either, even though it's obvious.

    A seminar for another day....

And mickey, what exactly is it that "APs" are supposed to be able to do that handicappers cannot? That's the big mystery. LOL. I consult college math professors and a guy who got a perfect math score on the math SATs. He's in the photo you helped me post in that retro road trip thread.

In fact, you should track down Shackleford and spring the EV question on him some time. Odds are he's going to tell you about 60-70% of what I'll tell you.
